Better Pets and Gardens Wangara

Strange vibe from this place.maybe because everyone went there to wash their dogs. Also.fish didn't look too happy/healthy

I am a little over the lady with the bowl cut thinking she knows better with my dog if I am honest. I always pray someone else will serve me. Love the big guy there though!

The staff members are the heart and soul of this store! 5 years of in and out and within seconds it's the " He got married! " Your dog would be getting on, about 8 years old now? And do you still live in? " EXCEPTIONAL Customer service experience!
Hit the door running when I was asked to collect chicken mince order for a breeder I'd never met and deliver puppies dinner to a place I've never been!
No trouble at all.

I hate this public scruiting of my where abouts. Its plain creepy. U got it on all your files NO need to tell the world where I go. STOP.

Friendly staff with a good range of products but not as cheap as they could be considering the warehouse layout and low staffing levels.

Good range of everything for dogs cats fish however I found the staff we're not very helpful Nor did I think you know much. I Thought it was a little pricey compared to. Other pet shops

The team at BPG - Wangara know their "stuff" and they forgave my dog when he helped himself to a roo snack. A varied selection makes this store our go to and the dog wash is a bonus.

Lovely woman by the name of Lindsey, helped me today, her knowledge was nothing short of impressive and delivered with a smile, thank you so much, enormous help.

Great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help you. I have been going here now for three or four years and have seen the same friendly faces for most of this time. The range of stock is good, as as the prices. This is my one stop shop for anything I need for my dogs:)

This is the most impressive Pet store in the Northern suburbs.

They seem to have what all the other store have plus extra.

If your a fish keeper it's definitely worth visiting, they have the largest range of fish and supplies as well as drift wood at very reasonable prices.

The Staff however is what makes it worth going, they are very friendly and experienced.

Has just about everything you would want for your pet. Easy to find ample parking, clean and tidy. Have a look you won't be disappointed. Take your dog but must be on a leash.

Bought the grandson a tank here today for his new pet. The guy was very knowledgeable and even carried the tank to the car for us.

Today was my first experience at Better Pets and Gardens Wangara. I started withe a dogwash and then moved onto a suitable dog food for my German shepherd
I have nothing but rave reviews about the wonderful staff at hand. I have a disability and the staff went out of their way to assist me in every way possible. Many many thanks this will definitely be my go to store for Tajs needs in future

The customer service here has always been excellent! The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to answer your questions and guide you around the store!

We were shopping for puppy items, they have a great range of leads, toys, chews and everything else needed and we're very helpful choosing everything we needed.

Convenient location in Wangara. Good variety of treats, toys, food and equipment for dogs and cats. Garden and other pets on the other side. 2 dog wash stations inside for $10 a wash. We have used these many times. Staff are always very friendly and approachable.

Just love popping in here for birdseed and fish food. Always parking available, friendly and professional service. You rock, Better Pets and Gardens
