Amazing store has everything you could wag a tail at. Great customer service staff were extremely helpful. Big plus on the in store dog tag engraving service much cheaper and better than an engraving place.

We were on our way home from holiday stressing big time about getting the dogs food on the way up as we had car trouble and had to leave later than planned. The staff were fantastic coordinating our order over the phone so we could get it just before closing. Fantastic service and the dogs loved their dehydrated roo ears, even the dingo got right into it and she is extremely picky with treats

I knew it was going to be a good visit when I parked next to a bright blue Moke with a German Shepherd inside. Top service from the team, saved me spending $50 when it was unnecessary. As a result I'll likely never buy cat food anywhere else for years to come. That's numberwang

A small tame budgie flew down late on a Sunday afternoon. I rushed out and bought a cage and food for it just before the store closed. The staff were super helpful and advised me on the right food for it. As soon as I put the budgie and the food in the cage the budgie ate loads of seed and had a sleep. Thanks! I am looking for the budgies owners, I’m glad the budgie is happy in the meantime!

Had the worst experience with a purchase there. Bought a large expensive cage which could only be transported flat pack. I live near yanchep, so arranged a time for pickup making certain ahead of time, that they supplied the right item as it would be a 3 hour round trip. Upon arriving at home and unboxing it, they had supplied the wrong cage! It cost us another trip back to exchange, with assurance from the supervisor that we would be compensated for the error. To add insult to injury, got a call today with an offer for a packet of birdseed, my bird does not eat seeds.when I told them that it was a case of “oh well that all we can do for now” i would think that after spending almost $500 and a tank of petrol that a packet of birdseed would not be an acceptable compensation… make sure you got the right stuff cause the staff won’t help out much if it’s wrong!

What an amazing shop. The service was absolutely fantastic. We went in there after trekking through all the usual pet shops looking for a car seat for my friends dashund
Not only did they have the right size in stock but spent nearly an hour assembling the seat, installing it into the car and making sure the little bloke had a harness and was safe.
As we drove off I swear he was smiling. First time ever he could see out the windows and feel the breeze on his little snout. Otto had lost his faithful doggie friend this year and had been down in the dumps but now the sun is shining for this little chap. The staff at the Midland should be proud of their outstanding service. We will be back.

Great range of products and a large store but the staff don’t have the best customer service skills. I was looking and overheard a rather loud worker say to another worker ‘can you go ask that girl if she needs help? I know you don’t want to but just go ask. ’ left immediately and felt very uncomfortable.

They have a good range of pet foods and care products for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, poultry etc. Friendly helpful staff who will even put your purchase in your car if you need help.

Always friendly and helpful. They will carry large bags of dog food to your car and even deliver it for free if you live within 5kms. Good loyalty programme.

Best dog groomer ever! Noreen does such a great job, exactly what you ask for and our almost 3yr old dog is so happy after his time with her (unlike some of our experiences with other groomers in the past). We highly recommend her services and tell anyone who’ll listen about the quality!
Although not our regular store we do buy some items from the shop as we need too, staff are always friendly.

Visited looking for a shelter for our Quendas, helpful staff member helped us and we got what we came for along with a small bag of hay to make a bed for them in winter, she even carried the purchased goods out to our car!

Was looking for a tick and flee collar for woody.phined better pets and gardens and they held it for me until I got there the next day as these collars are in short supply. Fantastic friendly service. Ive put them on the top of my list as my go to place for pet products. The store is fully stocked with things you often don't see in other pet stores.
