31Didn't have what I was looking for but still walked out with a cat scratching post haha.
Spacious store, plenty of variety, lots of parking, prices are reasonable. I did have to ask a staff member for help, no one appeared to be helping customers (buying fish and aquatic plants at the time) Staff were chatting together or stocking shelves.
I am a lifelong customer of Better Pets and Gardens, and for good reason. As a proud pet owner of cats, a dog, and even a few chickens, I rely on this store for all of my pet-related needs. From food and toys to bedding and grooming supplies, Better Pets and Gardens has it all.
But what really sets this store apart from the rest is the level of customer service. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to ensure that I find exactly what I'm looking for. They are also happy to offer recommendations and advice on how to best care for my furred, feathered, and scaled friends.
The store itself is clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of products. And the prices are very competitive, especially given the high quality of the items.
In short, I highly recommend Better Pets and Gardens to any pet owner. Whether you have a single goldfish or a whole menagerie, you'll find everything you need (and more!) at this wonderful store. Thank you, Better Pets and Gardens, for all that you do!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I took my dog for a wash and was extremely happy with the wash my dog smelt so fresh and clean when finished. Staff kept my dog very happy with treats.
FANTASTIC SERVICE been a long time that I have gone into a retail store and a staff member has asked if I need help. And even offered to take our products to our car. We'll done.

They have relocated just 100mts the new store is bright clean and well stocked I would have given them 5 stars however I spent $500 on a cat scratcher which is huge so it needed to be delivered. Unfortunately due to staffing issues it took forever to be delivered.
Wonderful staff always knowledgeable and friendly. There's usually some samples and they are usually in stock of our dogs favourite food.
Better Pets and gardens have a fantastic range of supplies for pets and gardens. My feline family are extremely pleased with their gymnasium.

My mothers dog hates baths but he loved this one the water was warm plenty of room and he just loved it well worth the $10

Our family are planning to put up a fishtank so we went to better pets and garden yesterday. The lady there is very friendly she's given us some tips on what to buy first. The fishes are so lovely. Can't wait to see them in our own tank. ️
