Can't fault this store. Often prices are better than Bunnings. The staff is always super helpful.

Had a problem with one of the dog wash bays and left a review detailing my complaint. The next day I got a call from management apologizing for my negative experience, thanking me for my feedback, and a refund for a future dog wash. That's good customer service, and I will continue to give them my business.

Yesterday I went into this store to wash my dog and look for a new harness for my very energetic staffy. Essence was beyond helpful! She took the time to check the correct size and fit and also was very knowledgeable about what product was best for our needs. I have used this store for the past couple of years but felt this time I need to review how amazing the staff are. Thank you so so much for excellent service.

Great service as always and super helpful I went in for some ear cleaning products for my Frenchie, as soon as I walked in I was greeted in a very friendly manner and asked if I needed any help all while the staff member was still sorting out items around the store and she took me straight to the product I was looking for giving a full explanation on it's uses and advising that it was the most preferred product.

Stocks of garden extras like hays different kinds of mulches and brands which Bunnings do not stock.

Really good service and advice.
Unfortunately the plant range is limited and looking a bit tired. The big warehouse is killing small franchises like this, so support them if you can.

Customer service was non existent this afternoon for my wife.
After spending hundreds of dollars in this store in the last 2 days only to come back for more items including dog beds.
Didn't get dog beds because after asking about a special offer I was not informed about I was told they don't offer or inform about special offers.
NEVER shopping in your store again this is not the first time this woman has treated me poorly.

Been there for many years and know their stuff. Huge selection of pretty much everything you can think of. Knowledgeable staff and most been there for a long time.

Pretty good for pet product. Can sometimes run out of dog meat if you use a certain one. Some staff are really nice. Bit tricky using dog wash sometimes if person b4 hasnt cleaned it up

Super friendly and knowledgeable fish guy, out the back needs a tidy up, but will be returning!

Staff are very helpfull and nice, they helped me to choose which feeds I need for my chicken and they will recommend you what you needed most, thank you guys I recommend this shop to people like me who dsnt know exact what u needed they are friendly too.

Everything you need and want ten times better than bunnings.lovely staff as well as knowledgeable

A great range of pet items.
They had sold out of sunflower seed for Cocky but I found a 12 kg bag of cat biscuits for half price on the bargain table to help feed my Community Cats. So that was very good.
Very helpful staff and they offered to carry the Biscuits to my car for me.

I had an issue with the business, a phone call followed the next day with a resolution.
You can have a problem but its how you fix it that counts. Outstanding

Should be called "Rats and Gardens" on account of their pest management issue. Purchased a cat climbing tower a while back and it had mice droppings caught in it and smelt of mice wee.
Noticed droppings all through the shelves (especially the pet food aisles). This was a few months back so perhaps they have improved?
