Better Choice Tuart Hill

I filled up with petrol at Better Choice Tuart Hill WA, 1pm today. There were just 2 other cars filling up.
I then took the opportunity to clean my windscreen.
The console operator rudely and incorrectly stated that I'd taken 10 minutes at this task and that it was affecting business. This was grossly exaggerated and at no stage was I holding up other customers.
This was most rude and completely unnecessary.
The price was good, but it's most disappointing getting such service.

Not the best customer service at this servo 95% of the time. It’s either phone use or service attendant is disinterested in doing their job.

The lady at the counter that i met tonight (Tuesday) is quite irritating and awe fully rude. I paid through my phone wallet which requires facial recognition so I politely asked her if i can turn it around and was paying just to realize that she was nodding her head in disapproval and disbelief. Let alone be her poor customer service.

Worst customer service there was one Indian lady in the cash counter at 8: 21 pm on 24 Jan. Firstly she dint even greet that’s fine but she was quietly saying 7 so I didn’t hear her and told my car’s name then she rolled her eyes and said yes 7. This is the first time I was rudely treated in the counter in my entire life. I hope she at least learns to treat customers like customer if she can’t be nice.

Went there to get a drink and asked for something else from behind the counter and the guy who served me was on the phone the whole time and gave me the wrong thing, wasn’t even paying attention. Worse customer service. He tried to said he didn’t hear after I asked if he can speak on phone after he serves me.

Very bad customer service, the Indian Guy on the cashier this morning is very arrogant and incompetent, I don’t stop there any more

Worst customer service. Stopped for Fuel on Tuesday morning and was charged twice on my card. I'm not sure what scam they have going but when I called to advise them of the issue they did not care and told me it was up to me to sort it out with the bank.

I looked them up online to see when they open and it says 6am. I get there at 5 past 6 and not open yet. Ok so they maybe they slept in. It is 6.15am and still there is nobody here.

12/5/22 it's 6.30am now and still no staff here. Do not rely on this place to be open when they say they are. So a 1 star for this place. Enjoy it guys you earned it! With more to come I'm sure.

The fuel here is normally cheaper than the avg and the staff are friendly. They sell refill gas tanks and have ice, drinks, snacks and car products inside. Good place

The fuel was Cheap compared to everywhere else and the staff member was a really nice fella even as he was working his tail off due to the sheer number of customers. This Better Choice was very clean and well stock and surprisingly the store has a good selection compared to the small appearance from outside. The are plants of Bowsers with two entry's to the pumps and one exit which honestly flower very well during its peak period for cheap fuel seekers. Trailers for hire, Truck Mechanic attached to the main Building, and an atm inside.

I love Better Choice as there always a competitive price and RAC gives me 4 c/lye off.
A shame you can’t turn in Northbound on Wanneroo Rd and have to do a U-turn at the lights if you want to get in.
Waneroo s are is a busy road so they can’t have turning points everywhere or it would hold up traffic. Mths Indian girl was extremely friendly and had a smile which is always nice. Mint like some others who show they just don’t want to be there.

This morning I was yelled at and discriminated against by the petrol station attendant. As I have a have a medical condition. She tried to make me show her. The staff needs to learn that mandate is not law

Last night I was yelled at and discriminated against by the petrol station attendant. As I have a have a medical condition where I can't wee the mask, I am mask exempt. I therefore didn't wear a mask inside the station and this petrol station attendant shouted at me and tried to bully me into submission. I REPEATED over and over that I am mask exempt and he kept shouting over me and bit letting me speak to which I had to shout over him and repeated say a mandate is not Law. The only Law is the Commonwealth Law and that stares that I don't have show or tell him gis guy thought anything about my condition.

I strongly recommend that you employ staff that appreciate the position/s they hold. This morning I decided to purchase some oil for a topup that was advertised at $13.99.

Your rude checkout chic decided that it was $20 instead and charged me this. No explanation or apology and did away with me.

His extreme rudeness and no interest in serving customers is shameful for Better Choice, please lift your game and improve your customer experience with your business, such a disgrace & shame on your part.

I will not be going back to better choice at tuart Hill i have used this service station for many years i went there on 11 2 21 got my fuel got a receipt got home checked it and I was over charge by $7 dollars for a item that I never purchased so everyone check yor receipt be for you leave? You ripped me off your lucky to get one star

Bring down your fuel prices! I was caught out the other day when I needed fuel and had to pull into this place and was charged $1.59L. 2kms up the road and saw another place charging $1.29L. Total daylight robbery
