Needed to hire a trailer at 2pm on a Saturday. These guys had just what was needed an the price was pretty good as well.

Pregnant wife had forgotten bank card and asked prior to putting in fuel if details could be entered manually. Given approval from staff in the morning of 6.10. Went back in to pay and was asked where her card was? The attendant said my wife could not leave without payment and would not accept details over the phone. There were no alternatives to provide details and return at a later time. This experience caused significant anguish as it could have been avoided and my wife felt embarrassed and upset. Not the first poor experience with customer service from this service station, but as mentioned in other reviews, often has well priced fuel.

Usually has good fuel prices but that’s where it ends and that’s what the one star is for. If I could rate for customer service only then it would be a minus rating. From now on I would rather pay more for fuel and get treated kindly.

Has to be the worst station in perth. Service terrible. Staffs English shocking. And charging you twice for fuel. Not for the first time either. Stay away.

Good petrol station - spacious and decent price. Lots of browsers for each type of fuel and fast flow diesel pumps. Discount with RAC card. You can also fill up if you provide ID first.

Haven't been here before, was actually quite cheap the day we went, only complaint was that you have to pre-pay for your petrol first, bit hard when you are totally filling up your tank.

Poor customer service, every pump now pre pay (despite me going there for 5 years), which means queuing twice and max $99 when I wanted 250 litres of diesel - your loss mate. Won't see me again.

I really Great petrol station, very helpful staff members especially the owner who is very friendly. Has everything u need in there, overall really good petrol station and it’s very cheap from filling up your car to buying some snacks. My go to station!

Great fuel prices but unfortunately close to the worst customer service I have ever received. Attendant was on his phone and seemed annoyed that I would actually want to engage him with even the slightest of social interactions like ask for cash out on top of paying for my fuel. This is not the first time we have encountered bad customer service here.
