It was an amazing journey throughout my training at Best West Care. It went well as we got one of the best tutor ‘Erina’. She never leave any of her student behind and she equips us with the best quality of training.

Erina instructional prowess at Best West Care is truly remarkable. Her profound command of the subject matter, combined with a relentless dedication to fostering student growth, sets her apart. Under her guidance, the educational experience becomes not just informative but genuinely transformative. True to its title, Bestwest care indeed provides the best training in aged care and disability in the West. It’s concise, crisp and conducive, making learning an unforgettable experience. Additional, their courses completes in much shorter duration (3 weeks for day classes, and 5 weeks for evening classes) as compared to other’s facilities. This is a huge advantage. I would like to recommend all to enroll with Bestwest care for best learning. In conclusion, I extend my appreciation to all the trainers at Bestwest Care for the valuable lessons. Thank you.

Studying for certificate 3 at night time class for 5weeks and it was the best experience, the teacher is the best and very helpful, really learnt a lot. I would highly recommend Bestwest care for anyone who wants to study certificate 3.

I joined aged care course with friends. I had good experience in Bestwest. Our trainer Erina is very nice person. Treat everyone equally. Even though I don't speak good Englsih, She always teaches me in great details and let me know how to do job properly with much patience.

My instructor Mrs. Erina is a remarkable individual who exemplifies true cultural respect.her open-mindedness and inclusivity transcend boundaries, fostering unity and understanding among diverse communities. Bestwest gave me a great start to my working life in Australia and allayed any fears I had about my qualifications from my country of origin not being accepted. A great team and very supportive. Would work for them again if I wanted to go back to casual work.

Bestwest Care is a stellar example of how Training should be run and how to best provide clients with timely, relevant courses, at the lowest prices. The staff here actually care about their client's outcomes. Whilst this should be a given, the training industry has some questionable players.

I've had involvement with various RTOs over the years and can say without a doubt, that finding Bestwest Care, was like a breath of fresh air.

Their very talented management team, lead some and experienced and empathetic trainers by example.

If I sound like a fan in this review, it is because I am. I drove 40 km to liaise with them, rather than go to closer RTOs.
That's 80km return trip, so that should validate my assertions.

Best West Care have strong industry connections in healthcare, which can potentially provide course graduates with a path to placement and employment.

Registered trainers, might wish to contact Bestwest Care, about employment possibilities, as this RTO is growing in popularity as word of their results spreads.

I missed the trainers of Kwinana best west. Thank you for everything. I am doing well in my life just because of you all. Thank you so much again. Missed you all.especially our beautiful Mia?

My wife went through BestWest Care for her carers training and the training was good, however they told us that they would assist in getting a position after the training was over and that they have a 95% rate of placement, especially if she did well, which she did and she really wants to work in this field. They lied. They haven't offered any help at all.

Erina - Amazing trainer but that’s all the good stuff that I can say about this place.

The South African woman who runs it is horrible! Vile and nasty! Do not go here! I’m warning you!

Tutor racially segregating others not good environment for non- caucasian people. Privilege still exists.
