Best Western Hospitality Inn Esperance

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quite comfortable. Appliances were dated but still serviceable. Unfortunately I was unable to get much sleep due to noise, coming from some electrical appliance like the pool pump or next door's air conditioning which kept me awake. Otherwise it was quite acceptable, although the website said $89 per night and on arrival (2 days after the booking) I was charged $109. I queried this but didn't get a particularly good explanation. Having travelled 8 hours to get there I was disinclined to argue. Anyway, overall it could have been worse.

So I stayed here for 5 nights while working in Esperance, the location is perfect right across the street from the beach, the room was clean and comfortable, but it does need proper blackout curtains, there's always a shaft of light coming into the room, otherwise good value for money.

Rooms are getting a bit dated BUT are neat and very clean and at a good price. Rooms have basic tea/coffee and mini bar facilities. Staff are great, helpful and friendly. Great meal for the price - restaurant is licensed. Would stay again. Recommended.

Room was clean. Old furniture number with tiny bathroom and grave looking shower. This was the cheapest accommodation in Esperance. Even bottles with water in room was not free. For 5 nights we paid 760$ with breakfast for 1 room, 2 guests. Breakfast was poor and untasty. 5 days we ate tosts with jam. They call it continental breakfast, and offered fried eggs for 20$ more. Location was good, but all impressions was very bad.

Amazing location near esperance beach town center great ocean drive attractions and market. Great stay with family and friends.

Better than your average motel by a good margin. Well appointed spotless clean modern fittings. Staff well spoken and accommodating.

Nice and tidy, not enough soap or loo paper. Charging card a holding fee of $150 a bit much though for mini bar. Lucky if there is $50 worth of goods.

Rooms are dated but clean. Beds are comfy. The food is definitely 5star.definitely one of the best tasting meal selections around. A must for sure if you want to go out for dinner.

Good place to stay on budget. Availability is good. Located near beach and shopping area. Lots of places to eat around. Also near good pubs and bars. There is beach front bbq in front. Has swimming pool. Rooms are old but clean. Has onsite laundry facilities.

Rooms are comfortable and clean but slightly dated and requires a little bit of attention. The
Restaurant serves food of a reasonable quality and price but the breakfast starts at 7: 00am which does not suit people visiting to do work in Esperance. Mainly geared for tourists.

Great location, comfortable room, excellent restaurant, makes this Motel great value for money.

Great food. Nice warm quiet rooms friendly staff. Rooms have been upgraded as has the dining room.

This hotel must come up to the 2018 date and get out of the Retro era! The only thing good was the bed was comfortable. There is a great big water mark on the ceiling, rust on the door to the shower.which is so small any one much larger would not fit in. Peeling paint on the window sills, the carpet is torn and the mirror being on the side wall was hard to use when somebody else is in the bathroom! All this is in room 35!

Nice place for a few nights! Friendly staff, close to the beach and very central. Nice pool, good WiFi, clean. Not everywhere air con and not many equipment (microwave etc). Definitely recommend

Great location in Esperance with everything I needed for my stay here. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Esperance for a short time. Close to all the main food places and right across from the water.

Clean but getting a bit run down. Price was ok and walking distance to center of town and attached restaurant has awesome food. Hard to find anywhere else to eat though the town doesn't come alive until after 5pm

Room we were in had an open window in the bathroom that could not be closed so room was freezing cold

Not bad cause its on the water front but no self contained kitchen on site restaurant but bit pricey. Hot water system needs to be fixed, forever changing from hot to cold constantly.

It's affordable, clean and close to town but I couldn't only find one spare plug to charge my phone, some of the furniture looks like it's time traveled from the 80's and the WiFi is a bit of a bit of a faf to get logged into and it's not the fastest. This considered I'd still recommend it just be aware it's right next door to the nightclub, so if your not a party animal or a light sleeper I'd pass staying on a Saturday night.

Stayed here on one of my trips down south the rooms were nice and the bed comfy. Ended up watching some movie about ancient warring Asian cultures and trolls or something. The movie was pretty terrible but the hotel is good.
