Best of British

Nice to have some nostalgia, and generally the staff were lovely.
However if you're black british I wouldn't recommend unless you like being followed around the store by those holding a prejudice.

I ordered some chocolate online. I accidentally received a white chocolate block instead of milk chocolate but was very quickly sent out a replacement free of charge. Very quick. Good service.
Didn’t realise they have a store in Joondalup. I’ll be visiting in person soon:)

Been meaning to go in for a while. Loved the place. Felt like I was transported back to the UK!

Great first time experience with this shop. Had issues ordering online. Rang through from Ireland and spoke to Jemma who took the order and processed it herself and called me back within the hour to advise on delivey to my brother in Perth. Very helpful and friendly. Was delivered on the 2nd working day. Needless to say my brother whose birthday it was, was delighted with a great selection of goodies from home. Thank you so much Jemma. Highly recommend this shop.

Every time I walk in, I am taken back to my childhood! A lovely store full of memories and goodies that I really should not touch. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to spoil themselves a little. Thanks Jemma!

This store has got wonderful and timely service. I ordered stuff online for Fathers day. My stuff got damaged during delivery by Australia Post. The store had to resend my stuff in time for Fathers day. I really appreciate their service. Keep up the good work

This is one of my favourite home from.shops, we weekly to get our sherbet lemons, pear drops and Everton mints, if you want a treat from.home pop in. Or you want some treats for an. Enfglish or Irish friend you will find them.here.

Poor quality of stock, purchased a tonne of stuff, honestly wish I hadn’t bothered!
Rock was like mush! Completely crumbled, the bags of toffees were the texture of fudge, even after a night in the fridge, they didn’t firm up.
Bonbons and humbugs were absolutely nothing like British ones.
Very dissatisfied, contacted them and was offered a replacement or refund, but was also told that it was unfortunate that it ‘wasn’t to my liking’ this got under my skin a bit because I wasn’t being picky- It wasn’t a case of my taste buds not liking them. I was sent stale, soft low quality goods.

Would have preferred a apology and better service rather than for them to imply it’s just a matter of opinion on the sweets being stale and gone off tasting!

Sorry to leave such a review but I hope it helps work on your customer care skills if nothing else.
I was refunded for the rock and one bag of humbugs.
I won’t be seeking a refund on any of the rest, I’d rather just throw them and be done.

I loved the care package you sent with all the treats neatly packed and I am enjoying them thoroughly!

Some of the pre packed stuff by manufacturers is ok, every time I come in here it’s hit and miss, some times things tastes as it should, other times they taste quite terrible. Some of it is nothing like proper British stuff even though it has ‘made in Britain’ seems like the cheap tat imitation stuff you’d get at lidl!

Great place to go and pick up those little things you miss from the homeland! Great team and atmosphere. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so - cheers girls!

Great selection of products you forget you haven’t tasted /seen for years.especially the dry roasted peanuts and mint sauce.friendly staff always happy to help

A fabulous choice of all things British, Welsh and Irish from chocolate, biscuits, crisps to Cardiff city stubbie holders! You can even get arial washing powder, flash cleaning products and dish clothes (proper ones)
There is so much better choice than what Coles and Woolies stock
We do a monthly drive up from Bassendean for our home comforts. The staff are super friendly and helpful not to mention friendly and chatty

LOVE IT! Go in here almost everyday for a little treat. The ladies are so polite & friendly. UK Central has a great range of products wouldnt go anywhere else for my english treats:)
