I had a great experience. Alan was incredibly empathetic and didn't judge me as he created a safe space for me to open up and discuss my concerns. His guidance and support helped me work through a few of my issues and find ways to cope. He also gave me an email follow up the next day which is unheard of. A great place for anyone seeking compassionate and effective counselling services.
