Bertram Medical have been nothing but amazing with the health of me and my family. The girls at reception are always so happy to help especially now that I have my grandmother living with me and needs the attention of Dr or Nurse at any given time, they always go above and beyond to help. I have nothing but the utmost respect and positive reviews for our favourite medical centre. Thank you to you all for all that you do.

Was nervous going after seeing the bad reviews but pleasantly surprised! Receptionists were considerate and respectful, I didn’t wait more than 10 mins which is unheard of, and dr Fernando was great. He asked questions and showed a sincere interest in my health concerns. Yes the downside is paying, but I’d gladly pay to go to a gp office that doesn’t rush me out the door and treat me like a number. Thankyou for making my experience as smooth and kind as possible.

The receptionists are so arrogant and condescending. They talk to patients like we are there to beg for money.

Changed from bulk billing to mixed billing. Such a shame and disgrace when it becomes all about the money. Same doctors sit at champion medical center as well, and they changed that too to mixed billing. Down sides of having two clinics in the same area, with the same doctors, price gouging at its best. Never coming back.

No more bulk bill. $75 for less than 10
min of consultation for general medical test result. I could find out from Google and don't need a doctor tell me, whom also printout recommendation from the Internet page!
Why same doctors working in the two clinics nearby - both no bulk bills. Business right? So much for ethics.

If I have 0 start I will definitely go for that they show opening time at 9 am on goggle and I rang them 20 times till 9.45 for my appointment confirmation but on phone it says they are closed what rubbish if they have different opening hour they should change on system and if we didn’t arrive on time for appointment they gonna say that you should inform us and then they charge us cancelation fees

No one answered rang and got put on hold, after 4 minutes and 32 seconds was told to hold on longer "we are busy" Wow and I was going to change doctors.

I have been going to bertram medical centre for about 2 years, I usually see Dr Rapala and always find him helpful and to be running on time. The reception staff are always friendly and prompt.

I found the Doctor I saw very professional but in saying that the reception staff can be rude at times but most are pleasant. I am happy to go back to this medical center.

I don’t know what the previous reviews are salty about.

Receptionist where efficient, doctors have genuine care about my medical condition and even would do a follow up call.

Wait times are incredibly short. Will be my only practice I go too.

Horrible receptionists and didn't even wear masks. They straight up ignored us; I had to stand in front of them for 5 mins to get their attention despite making eye contact and saying excuse me and hello and to get attitude from them. They were so unhelpful and degrading, jumped to conclusion and got mad at me for trying to explain most civil way, that the vomiting and fever symptoms weren’t from covid but from the antibiotics which they prescribed, which resulted in throwing up straight after taking the antibiotics for 3 days. They are the least compassionate and empathetic people I have ever met towards a sick and fatigued person who hasn't eaten food for 3 days, repeatedly throwing because of the antibiotics. But the female doctor, on the other hand, was friendly and welcoming, which made my day a lot better after dealing with the receptionist lady.

If I could rate this "medical centre" less than a zero I would. The receptionist and the doctor didn't seem to care about the paperwork we wanted to transfer for review. The responce was simply there's too much to file and it would take a lot of time. They pretty much disregarded us even though we have been regular. There's an obligation for the patients duty of care and in our case it seems like the care factor was zero. The centre needs to review the Receptionist as she is quite rude and arrogant / lazy. Will be filling a complaint

Wife made a appointment with Dr manjula for 9: 30am, when we reach there they said we haven't got appointment with manjula and then they said come back @ 10: 30am so they can book us again when we went there again wait 45mins but still haven't seen doctor yet
Avoid this place if possible Dr are okkkk but Reception staff need to learn how to do job

Very rude and the most unprofessional staff at the reception. Used to be most friendly and welcoming staff. But from last few visits/calls it has been a pathetic experience with the reception staff. The phones are not put on ready mode well past 9: 00 AM and it keeps saying the medical centre is now closed, had to call the ivory dental reception to advise the Bertram medical staff to put phones on ready. The centre has got some great doctors but the front staff are a joke.

New receptionist is so rude n unhelpful even with regular clients. So disappointing. Was missing Tanya today a lot. Every time I used to go there she was always meet with a nice smile And one more thing the nurse here working is unregistered. She told me this today.

Dr Jagan Repala was very rude to a friend and judged them because they didnt have a ring on their finger.
That shouls be none of his business and he should remain professional as this could result in failure for medical attention.:)

Very unprofessional and rude front staff.they didn't inform doctor running 1 hour late.i say u guys inform to us.she say i am only one.i am not god.very disappointed.must be find another staff.

Was rushed through my appointment as if there was some mad rush to get onto the next. Couldn't so much as finish a sentence in describing my symptoms etc.without being cut off and hurried along; doctor seemed uninterested.

Absolutely useless. I was booked in for an appointment and they changed it for 6 days later without any contact. Said they tried calling but I have not a single missed call or voice mail.

Literally the worst medical practitioners here!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Unwilling to help, told go to ER at hospital for tonsillitis and cannot prescribe over phone/but you cannot come into surgery to see a dr either!
