7Impressive management and care services. As an agency carer, I went to 100s of facilities. But this is the best I have noticed so far. Lucky who stumbled on this facility or chosen this one. Keep Going Team.
Sadly this facility was Berringtons where my mother was which was absolutely 5 stars. Bethanie acquired Berringtons in March 2020. They run their facilities with very little consideration of residence needs or expectation of CARE. What was with Berringtons (amazing care from wonderful staff and management) no longer exists. Bethanie need to listen to the residences and their families to learn and understand what will make living in their facilities more in line with their Mission Statement, Values and Six Signature Behavior's, sadly they do not listen.
If your a business and require payment out of this company be prepared to wait. Even when you have trading terms or months and months pass, appealing to them to pay does nothing, a bad payer.
My parents both lived at Berrington Como, and the love and care shown to them was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Berrington.
These scumbags are trying to profiteer of Royal Commission into Aged care - who pays for adds in Royal Commission into Aged Care search results - Berrington does in effort to profit off Royal Commission investigation into the horrid lack of care provided to elderly.
A beautiful place with caring staff. Just what you would expect from a 5 star organization
I went to an 'opera evening' at Berringtons because my grandmother lives there. Very impressive. Highly recommend.
