7Used to be my favourite go to deli. They were a lovely friendly family. Mr ink has completely ruined it. The last few visits I was treated rudely, like it was a hassle to serve me. I've been tentative about going back. Today, when I called him on his attitude & lack of customer service he told me it was my fault & to go shop somewhere else. Which I will. I'll never shop there again. 16yrs in Forrestfield I've NEVER been treated as appallingly.

Love the owners, always have a big smile and to have a chat! Always prefer coming here rather than going to the shopping centre
Friendly staff, good service. Mistakenly refunded an incorrect transaction to me (I checked my bank and found out it wasn't me) they didn't even ask for the money back! I had to give them the money before they even acknowledged they knew it was a mistake.
This shows integrity and honesty on their behalf. Definitely earns a 5 stars from me:)
