Always happy. I usually use karrinyup, but now I’ll be using Joondalup. Steph was so attentive and I had compliments over the weekend about my brows at a function. This old girl was more than happy.

They did not inform me that my appointment was canceled because of the lady went home sick so I showed up and no one was there. But apparently I will get a refund or something in return.

Absolutely amazing, I normally get my brows threaded and then I discovered Benefit and I will always go back here, Steph was amazing and so professional, she actually talks to you and listens to you and explains what she is doing to your brows at all times, highly recommend can’t wait for my next visit in a couple weeks time
