The actual ice cream is trash. Better going to the gelato store a few shops down or milk barrel if you actually want real ice cream. Wouldn’t be surprised it was just some kind of sugared powdered milk ice cream just stuffed with candy it’s that bad. Service and atmosphere is good though.

Awesome end to a day with some delicious ice cream. Evan gave us the best customer service I've had anywhere, in a long time.

Staff friendly, ice cream was good but when I checked the receipt when I got home I noticed a tip amount on the receipt. We were not asked if we wanted to apply a tip and even though it was only. 14cents it really is a bit rich. Considering two regular cups of ice cream ended up costing us $17.74.

In response to Ben & Jerry's comments below, you can see the amount against mastercard but then clearly it says tip - you can sugar coat all you like but this is deception and it is certainly not right or ethical.

Today bought a sundae at the Hillary's store, what a total disappointment! The size has significantly reduced and the price $12+. Now they serve it in a smaller paper cup compared to the nice plastic one, had only two or three small pieces of stale brownie, no whipped cream or toppings. 100% false advertisement! The sundae used to be so awesome and big I always had to share!

The best icecream I've had in WA. The consistency and favour of the icecream is just perfect, it tastes fresh and does not melt fast. They have a variety of flavours to pick from.

Overall appeal to the store was good, large selection of stocked icecreams. A nice touch which was subtle was the way they clean their icecream scoops before they use a different flavour (some sort of high pressure spray). I got some sort of brownie icecream, with cookies and cream icecream and Oreo topping, was one of the best icecream I've ever had in my life and will definitely get again. Staff were also very nice aswell to top it off.

My first two times coming here I had pretty good experiences. My most recent visit, however, was very disappointing. I ordered a sweet cream and cookies thickshake. First of all, they gave me the wrong flavour. They gave me cookie dough, which I didn’t realise until I reached the bottom and discovered chunks of cookie dough. Secondly, i did not receive the thickshake I asked for. It was the consistency of milk. I’m so disappointed that I wasted over $10 on a cup of milk with chunks of cookie dough in it.

Went to Ben and Jerry’s recently and was served by Ethan who was amazing and patient while we tried every flavour under the sun (it was our first time trying). 10/10 will be coming back thanks to his kindness and hospitality!

I was served by a very nice employees at Ben and Jerry’s, their names are jett sultana and jasmine on the 27 of July and I think they deserve employees of the months and also a raise each because I gave the review 5 stars because of him x

The guy serving me and my friend sophie tonight was so friendly and still put up with us 20 minutes later when we still hadn’t chosen a flavour.thanks heaps please let him know it made our nights

Terrific ice cream! I had the ‘Half Baked’ flavour with a chocolate dipped cone and it was great.

Very nice, but very overpriced. Nearly $7 for a single scoop waffle cone. Both ice cream and waffle cone were good though.

What an awesome place with such a welcoming staff, ready to experiment to get me what I wanted even when it wasn't on the menu. Thanks a tonne, Sunny, you made my evening!:)

Love coming here! Always so many amazing flavours, I want them all! The staff are very knowledgeable about all the ice creams even though I had so many questions since I’m indecisive. Outstanding service and never disappoints

Yum! Yum! Yum. We visited twice in one week. Does that not say it all. Service was brilliant and the range of flavours is out of this world. Definitely your favourite that's for sure.

I love Ben and Jerry's, the ice creams here are so delicious and creamy and they have some really cool sounding Name a too, but they do need to open more stores to accommodate those who live south of Perth city. Unless you like to travel to either Fremantle or Hillary's.

They say they open at 10: 00 but they actually open at 11: 00 and if you have planed this in advance it is a great way to ruin your day!

We were there Saturday and I must say that the customer service was very poor. You need to find workers that can multitask and maybe even tell people who are still looking that you will just serve the people that are ready to order rather than stand around waiting on people who can’t decide.
