Just on my way to finishing an 8 week challenge, and can honestly say, it was the best. The coaching staff, the nutritionist on hand, the support from all of those involved in the challenge, and the support from members within the gym and just the environment as a whole. All i can say is give it a go, there are heaps of options for memberships, either doing a challenge or joining as a member, give the guys a message and see how they can help you. You wont regret it. Everyone is different, theres no pressure or competition against anyone other than yourself. Has helped me mentally and physically. Its you against you. Thankyou guys very much!
