I joined the be more fitness community 4 months ago after my partner convinced me to try it out. I wasn’t sure if “it was for me” but after giving it a go I’ve definitely changed my mind and can’t recommend these guys enough. I started my fitness journey at 111kg and I am currently down 20kg and counting. Jake and Ben are great guys and will definitely help you achieve your goals. 5 stars from me.
