Been shopping here with parents and alone since i was basically born, even worked here at one stage but unfortunately i will no longer be shopping at IGA. Not only because of the ridiculous prices that make me anxious to pick out food i like but the fact that two frozen products ive gotten recently have been freezer burnt and expensive. Not good when you wanna enjoy a splice icecream n it's just frosted all over or when you want to eat a chicken fillet but its fused together to another fillet.sort your freezers and prices guys.
Great local IGA, good selection of fresh and frozen meats, fish and well stocked deli also serving meals. Staff are friendly
I have been going to this place for over a year, always I purchased groceries. Today I went to buy a particular brand of skin care but they didn’t have it available. I was walking out if the shops and I was asked for a bag checkout! In over a year I was never asked that, but when I didn’t buy anything I suddenly become a shop lifter suspect? ! It felt very insulting. It wouldn’t if they were doing to everyone buying groceries or not. But I was picked for buying nothing.

Hello I came in last Friday and got served at the back check-outs by a lovely young man with a black mullet styled-hair. I just wanted to acknowledge brilliant customer service and would like many others teenagers to be like this young man.
I went there to just purchase milk, when a staff member with long white hair female decided to racially profile me base off my skin colour… I was shocked. She wanted to my bag, jumper the full works. Horrible experience to have this specially in 2023 as we are trying to eliminate or reduce racism in public environments.
Great place to buy all your food. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help with anything! The only downside, everything is so bloody expensive!
The customer service is shocking. I visit this store a few times a week. When I first started going there the staff were very friendly, patient and always willing to help. Not anymore. Every time I have gone shopping I’ve left wondering why I bother going there because of the way the stuff treat me. It’s unbelievable!
Slightly pricier than Woolworths but still very good grocery store. Open till late too. Use main entrance after 7.30pm

Waited and waited and waited in the deli section to be served while 4 staff members stood chatting even after i got there attention. There customer service is rubbish, not the first time. Not going back again.
DISGUSTING! THIS IS NOT HOW THE LOCALS LIKE IT.im pretty sure us locals don't like this. Rnt we paying premium prices for our meat now? So how can this be allowed to happen. Theres clearly something wrong here. Looks like old and new mixed together. How disgusting.prices are ridiculously high the last thing the consumer needs is to have to worry about the quality. Oh yeah. And Nectarines at $25 a kg? Come one. Whos the w**k*r that came up with that? What an absolute joke!
This has to be the best IGA I've ever stepped into. In Fact this is one of the best super markets that I've shopped in. I got my Vitasoy Almond Milky milk here for $2.70 each just as cheap as Coles, My Dog tin food is on sale for $2 a can The way all the fruit & Veg are layed out. Excellent. Way to go guys. I had a chance this afternoon to get around a few more isles. The meat section is beautifully set out. From what I've already seen it's a 5stars from me. This store needs to be awarded for Excellence
Great staff, lovely deli with beautiful cold meats and many other items. Convenient, good opening hours. Still plenty of stock on the shelves
This is a great IGA. Plenty of friendly, helpful staff so you are in and out quickly. Reasonably priced and very well stocked. Good variety.

Go there if you like your fruit expired and rotten. Not the first time it's happened, I usually buy from Coles for this very reason.
Well stocked and laid out. Nice to avoid the big shopping centres. Easy parking.
