Very friendly receptionist, doctor is caring and understanding with a lifetime of medical Knowledge.

Very pleasant receptionist especially as we had not made an appointment and it was 9 30 at night.
Doctor was competent and to the point. Health issue hopefully resolved. Great service and night time surgery is a great innovation. We are from interstate so a new experience for us.

I went here today without an appointment and was able to see a doctor quickly.
Dr. Ullah took his time to listen to my problem and gave me advice and help.

Hi we have been looking for a good GP and Medical centre from so long so. We were very satisfied with the services and the care provided here. Highly recommended for those in a similar position. Dr Jinat Sultana and very good receptionis both were awesome.

I have been going to this Health Centre for a few years now and I have seen the doctor near time or before. I feel that I have been given the best advice and service from all the staff.

I was feeling sick, so I booked an appointment for the next day. Liz on the front desk was very helpful, quick and easy. Called the next morning to cancel the appointment because I was feeling better, i have been asked how I was doing, very polite and gentle. Liz remembered me from yesterday and was very helpful again.

The reception was nice and helpful but Dr Mohammed Ullah was not. He only gave me scripts for my respiratory issue and rushed me when I asked about my issue and the prescriptions. The whole appointment felt pressured and lasted for only about 2 min. In the end I left with 2 script, not knowing the specifics of my health problem and I had to see a different doctor somewhere else. It was as if he was rushing to meet some quota. I would not recommend him.

I’ve visited this medical centre many times. Most of my and my children’s appointments have been with Dr Ullah. At first he came across as being very abrupt but I have seen a more caring side to him after a few visits. I found Dr O to be very good and thorough also. Bulk billing practices are usually under the pump. The staff at reception are lovely.

I moved out of Belmont 2016 and I chosen to stay with Dr Ullah of the Belvedere Health Centre during that time I have married with 2 daughters. We live in the Swan View area and our family are also happy patients of Dr Ullah. The staff are also fantastic. I’m confident that whatever changes the government make to the Medicare system, our family will continue to be patients of the Belvedere Health Centre and Dr Ullah

I always have a good experience, sometimes you wait but be prepared. The reception girls are brilliant

Lost my CTSCAN referral, called to email me back but reception asked me to come back to doctor. I told i just need the referral so I can book for my ctscan. Promised to call back but no follow action. Been trying to call but nobody pick up.

Absolutely terrible. I would give a 0 but it wasn't an option. How do I find a doctor somewhere that looks at you as a human being in a person and not just a number to get out the door. DEFINITELY WON'T FIND THAT HERE

Best ever Doctor practice I have nothing but praise for the receptionists doctors nurse's just everyone there they are all friendly, professional and listen to any ailments you may have 100000000% recommend to anyone

It's no wonder Dr Savas had so many appointment times available last minute as he was the worst GP I've ever come across.
Plain rude and extremely argumentative.
He has some serious personal issues that get deflected onto his patients.
Fortunately I have thick skin so if you cannot handle confronting personalities, do not book in with this animal as you will walk away in tears.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful so it's a shame the rest of the experience didn't fit the picture.

Settle in with a good book, you're in for a wait. And once you're in, many of the doctors are sub par, with the exception of some like Dr Ruan.

I visited the the centre today and it was worst experience with Dr. Mohammed Ullah. He wanted to get rid of customer asap he could as he did not even spend 2 minutes. I was not heard and received by the doctor at all. Was first & last visit there.

We like Dr. Ulha. Very quick and straight forward. Always gave right advice. We go to him for any health issue in the family.

Took a day off to get the booster shot here. Got sent h ome because there's nobody to do the job. What a joke, then don't take booking
