Belridge Centre Pharmacy

I used to use this pharmacy with previous owners and had an issue. I decided to go back once they changed owners and the only thing I can sook about is how long it took me to change. The staff are so kind and helpful. I had a couple issues with my script prices and they went above and beyond to smooth it out. I wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience at all. It was a really nice experience and my new go to:)

Shopped here once or twice to pick up e-scripts, come to find out they have used my phone number from file to send me spam text messages.

I shouldn’t have to opt-out of something I never opt into.

Very professional and friendly staff. Great pharmacy layout, that welcomes you in store. The new owners have really lifted the shopping centre and community with the services they provide.

Great staff. Very friendly. Always willing to help with keeping track of medications. Great gift ideas from super cute stuffed toys, wonderful selection of beauty bags and packs. Gift for both him, her and them. Wide choices of Vitamins and minerals, baby needs, make up, hair products anything you could possibly need for a First Aid Kit for home and car. And they always have a Pharmacist to answer any of your concerns or questions.

Great local pharmacy with lovely professional staff who go out of their way to help in any way they can.

That small local personal touch with with friendly helpful staff and really helpful chemists. Can not beat that small business service which are sadly dissapearing to larger ones. I hope the owner knows how lucky he is to have such great staff working for him.

Rang up to get some Masuer sandals put on hold. Was told they had 1 size I wanted but not the other. When I arrived, they had both sizes I was after. Both ladies were lovely and friendly and after the day I had had, they made my day. Big thank you.)

Becareful they will swap out the cheap cheap pharmacy brand made in India without you knowing. I asked for Panadol and didn't think the guy at the counter would try and pull a swap on me. I got home opened the bag and couldn't find any Panadol and when I called to complain he said it was a different brand. I said that's not what I asked for. I asked for Panadol.
Very dangerous practices swapping drugs that I ask for with things they want to sell.
Buyers beware.

A very family oriented pharmacy. I felt so welcome the moment i stepped through the front door. All staff were welcoming and very helpful. I've been coming here for about 10 years and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the level of customer service and health information that is provided to me. Highly recommend this pharmacy
