Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre

Thought coming to the pool was meant to be a place for fun and to relax and enjoy yourselves? Sadly this has not been the case at Belmont Oasis. Young lifeguards constantly policing rules and yelling out at kids which is unacceptable behaviour. Also have seen vile behaviour from other staff wearing blue uniforms and one older lady in particular with dark hair in bun yelling out to customers and making everyone feel paranoid and embarrassed. This is supposed to be a place for families to relax and enjoy instead of feeling anxious about yet another barking of orders. For the sake of your customers patronage please get your act together Belmont Oasis!

This is the first time we come here for Vacswim and I have to say, the facility is ok but the staff are very high level!
I found everyone quite courteous, kind and smiling from staff at the front desk, cafe to guards and instructors. Thank you!

The centre itself is pretty decent, the gym is okay with good equipment. The dumbbell selection is very average with one pair of weight sizes and also the free weight workout area is fairly small. I would actually use the gym if it had 24/7 access to this section.

I go to the gym 3 times a week at 5am during the morning. Facilities open on time. All gym equipment are clean and very useful. And staff are all great. Always great to workout there.

A good place but still has some silly policies around gym membership. 2 week written notice for cancellation?

If only the gym was 24/7 or open a bit longer:/ but everything else is fine - very clean too!

It's fantastic service. The booking system is flexible because it provide us make up classes if absent. I like it better than other centres.

Today i didnt realise it was my last day trial when scan my trial card, front staff not frienly at all probably she had long day but i try if i could just using gym today entry and it only 30 minute before close, it $18: 50 for single entry? , good experience there was only gym member friendly

I just got back from the Center, after an unfortunate incident. However, Larissa who I believe was the supervisor on duty, went above and beyond to help me with the incident. My personal commendation to her. Have been visiting the center for a few months now and will definitely return only because of her professionalism.

I visited a few weeks ago but everything was dirty and the changing room was disgusting.
I could only stay for less than 20 mins because of how filthy it was.

The aqua instructors are great, however, the program is poorly run. The App to book classes either doesn't reflect the right day or class time. So I have attended and the class was over. Also if you are not marked off, which happens a lot, you get a breach. I have called every time, sometimes three times a week to remove breaches, if you don't you get locked out for 2 weeks and can't book a class. Recently haven't been able to get through and have been locked out. Tried to complain to management in person, on the phone and by email. No response so I decided to post this review to get some support and feedback.

Always fantastic customer service esp at the front desk - very accommodating and willing to help. I only wish I'd joined sooner, my kids and I love it here!

Lovely pool, really nice outdoor pool (unheated) and excellent changerooms/bathrooms however the floors are always wet but no mot slippery

Hi we have started the Count Us in program sponsored by the shire and we are using the facilities of the Belmont Oasis which has had extensive renovations Over the last few months and they are doin a excellent job with it this is our first time and have found that the service and the support by the very friendly staff has made it very easy to keep it up

Paid in cash and asked about the lockers.the girl charged me for the locker rental but forgot to explain that i had pay for the locker rental AT THE LOCKER! So now I'm down $2.

LANEWAY CITY.went at 6pm as I thought most classes would be over for the day and could actually go for a decent swim only to find every pool had lanes that were reserved, closed or in use for classes. The only pool that was sectioned off but available was the lagoon/kiddie pool.

Several tiles are missing from the bottom of the Lagoon and a few sharp corners because of it so I'd watch your step or anything else you do.

Super location for swimming, friendly staff great for bringing my kids there, not too many people which is great! Plenty of life guards around clean facilities.

I went there last night for the first time and was very impressed with all aspects of this outstanding facility. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent and I was pinching myself at having a lane all to myself but what I really liked were the signs explaining pool etiquette so there can be no excuses for anyone not doing the right thing and causing problems.

In comparison my local facility, Swan Aquatic, which is closed at present is dirty, and totally disorganised. There is usually only one lane available for swimming.and ignorant people, who obviously can't read walk in pairs in that lane. Totally frustrating! This does not happen at Belmont Oasis and now that I have had the pleasure of swimming here I will become a member on my next visit.

Well done City of Belmont for providing such a fabulous leisure centre for your people. As a ratepayer in the City of Swan I am deeply disturbed that this shire provides so little for its residents.

Belmont Oasis is excellent. I use the indoor 50m pool, spa, sauna and gym on an almost daily basis. The price for these facilities is ridiculously cheap amd the service and quality of everything is great.

Sauna nowhere near hot enough. Waste of time and money. Review will be removed once management puts systems in place to fix this issue.
