Belmont Kebab and Pizza

Drove all the way to Belmont to try these kebabs! AND YUM BIG chunks of very tender meat.
Jamed full with meat n salad. Only thing I'd suggest is ask it to be toated a little more (bread) other wise REALLY REALLY GOOD! FRESH and hot!

Got snack pack and it's all raw chicken is not cooked properly and smelly beef only had chips

Was so looking forward to a kebab as i haven't had one for a while but was very disappointed with the feed i got tonight

The food was very authentic. Had the most amazing Qalandri. The serves were generous. Paya was very tasty. In all my guest and me had an enjoyable dinner. Will definately visit again.

Love it. Used fresh baby spinach in Gozlem hardly see kabab shop used fresh ones.other items are amazing too.like to visit.

Absolutely terrible. Tiny portions way overpriced and the worst service imaginable. Will not be coming back and I recommend you don't either.

First time ordering here. I was served by the very friendly owner. I ordered the chicken & aioli meat box with spicy rice and salad! It was so yummy! Highly recommend!

Let me start with the customer service. On a scale of 10, I would generously give it a 3.3 is also because of that indian lady who was all alone making kebabs and entertaining other coustomers. Otherwise a big 0

Reasons: There were three females behind the counter. One of them was making kebabs and entertaining almost every customer alone. The other two females, one in full makeup and casual clothes (definitely not on duty at that time), along with the other on-duty staff, were in their own world. The staff member only started doing her duty when the makeup lady left along with her laptop. The makeup lady and her friend need to be fired if the owner wants to receive some positive feedback on the customer services.

Food: It was average. I ordered lamb shank with biryani rice. Correction: please don't call that biryani rice. It was something else but definitely not biryani rice. The lamb shank was good tho.

Atmosphere: It was decent, but not very welcoming. It would have been helpful if there was a note on the wall indicating that everything is self-serve except water.

Absolutely terrible. Way overpriced for very small portions, they charged $20 for literally 2 table spoons of Haleem and $35 for a chicken karahi without naan or rice. The service was horrendous, no cuttlery, no water, no cups and when they gave cups it was paper cups. If you are charging people an arm and a leg, at least have the service to match. The quality of food was average. We wanted to talk to you about he manager and he wouldn’t even come. I have always come here, but this is the last time.

We used to enjoy coming to this restaurant but the serving sizes are very disappointing for the kind of price that is charged. Will not be returning again.

The worst customer service when you talk to the workers and act like they didn’t see you food is too long and the cups are dirty

Excellent food taste nothing can beat this resturants food. It's amazing love to visit this place often.

Terrible experience, rude, pathetic customer service. Don’t know how to deal client, expensive as hell for what you paid you will get less than half of it.
The owner trying to be funny made personal comments on customers like body shaming. Poorly trained staff just like the owner. Only getting business because of Perth food market gap. Not recommended at all. Avoid at all cost.

We ordered mutton karahi and mixed kabob and paid 70 dollars. There where literally 2 pieces of meat in the karahi!
The attitude of the staff is really bad, they were cursing and very aggressive to us. Stay away!

Normally I absolutely love this place and the food is fantastic, however tonight the service was below standard, and especially the young girl behind the counter, Disinterested, rude, really bad service, she was very unapologetic for her behaviour or demeanour, why be there if one does not want to serve hospitality.

Owner doesn't know a thing about customer service. Very bad experience dining here. Staff are good, food is tasty but the owner's attitude and behaviour towards customer is unacceptable. His behaviour will make you feel like, you are eating for free. Not worth dining

Very bad chicken box, very bad taste, not worth to eat, the oil in which Fries was fried was too smelly, it was like rotten one, I directly throwned in dust bin, very bad, I got hairs in that.

Worst customer service, specially the manager. You need to remember that your customers are the reason why you are open.

I did order 1 mutton kadahi, but I received pickled kadahi instead. That was a buls**t kadahi I’ve ever tried the taste was totally different to kadahi. Almost half of my plate was pickles, I ordered kadahi not pickles. That’s not how you should make kadahi. Anyways I’ll never ever come to this Shop again.

We ordered biryani with lamb, lamb shish and chicken for 6 people and picked it up. We were lucky to get some bonus goat as well. All amazing.full of flavour. X8 delighted dinner guests that got to take home an extra meal there was so much. We will be back for sure.
