Ive seen many counsellors over the years and Kris is by far the best. Supportive, reassuring and a true listener. She does not judge and will assist you in your own way, to process thoughts and feelings. She always makes an effort to book me in at short notice and has been extremely flexible with me. She has experience in many areas which is reassuring if you feel you need multidimensional approach to problems. I feel much better after each session!
