Hi, just wanted to say I've gone from not being able to walk without being hunched over and limping, and in constant excruciating pain to walking standing upright and very minimal pain. Adele's chiro and George's remedial massage have been a life saver. Highly recommend

At this chiro practice they are fabulous at relieving back arm and leg pain. Adele is spot on for being able to give lasting relief. Great advice to help you maintain your pain free state until your body gets used to having things back in the places where they belong. I have been going to Belmont chiropractic for about six years now and have improved a lot, started seeing adele about a year ago and with the gonstead technique she has done wonders (I just have to learn to stop doing stupid stuff and undoing what she fixes) adele takes the time to explain everything and gives a lot of advice to improve your body. I have also taken my 10 year old daughter to adele a couple of times and fixed her up.
