Best property agents I have ever dealt with! I have been in rental properties for the last 10 years, both in the UK and Australia, and Carly and the Bellcourt team by far have been the best. Carly was always so responsive to every query we had, making every step of the way as easy as possible. We even had a few tenant changes and different requests, and nothing was ever too much hassle for them to sort out. At the end of our tenancy, we decided to break the lease to buy our own house, and Carly made us feel so supported in the move, making everything we needed to do clear and achievable. Throughout the tenancy, we were always treated with a huge amount of respect and were never made to feel like cash cows - something I have definitely experienced more times than one! Worst selling experience we have ever had. The agent’s inexperience led to constant requests and demands adding significant emotional stresses to the sale. At no point did it feel like the agent was acting on our behalf or under our instruction as promised. Notably, we requested a longer settlement which was dishonestly and deceitfully not added to the contract. Upon review of the process, we have found constant breaches of the Real Estate Code. If you are considering selling, pick anyone else!
