Reading posts from your previous clients it seems as though you cancel appointments with no phone call or consideration of your clients. When you contact the staff they just lie and tell you that they tried to call but your phone number was entered incorrectly; however when I logged in and checked my details, my phone number was correct. Just drove all the way from Baldivis to Booragoon. Worse service I have ever experienced.

Avoid this place. I went in for laser tattoo removal on my 6cm x 2cm tattoo. I was quoted $160ea for 7 sessions which I accepted. Then whilst in the waiting room with the numbing cream on I was told it was no longer available and my options were 1x session for $370 (and pay as I go) or 5x sessions at $315. It didn't make sense to pay as I went so I agreed to the package of 5 ($1575). At the check out, the receptionist said that they might be charging for numbing cream in the future and it probably won't be complimentary anymore so asked me if I would like to purchase some numbing cream.

I rang up about 4 weeks later to ask if I could get a refund on 3x sessions and the receptionist said the owner Ian has agreed to pay me back in cash on my second visit.

On my second visit and after my treatment I asked about the refund I was told they would get back to me. They phoned the next day to say that because I was offered a discount package of 5, they couldn't give me a refund of my 3 sessions at $315 (total $945), and that because I had used two out of the package it mean that the value of those two sessions went from $315 to $360 (one session is normally valued at $370). So by this stage, they gained another $90 out of me, and I've now paid $390 each for sessions (this price includes the $50 deposit they never deducted when I paid up front). They told me that I got a discounted price as usually one session is $470! So all up, I paid $1625 and got $855 back. In theory it should be $995. It took over a week and phoning multiple times a day (excuse after excuse) since my second visit to get some of my money back. I was told I would get my deposit back as well and haven't. Find a more honest place to go with better customer service, care and results.

So far I have had two appointments for laser hair removal with nurse Caitlin and wow. I am extremely happy with my experience. Caitlin is so welcoming and knowledgeable about the procedure! Definitely recommend this place!

I went to BeGone Skin & Body for lip fillers and my experience was nothing but amazing. All of the staff here are absolutely lovely and welcoming. Special mention to Caitlin, who was the cosmetic nurse I booked in to see. Caitlin is incredibly kind, makes you feel completely comfortable and most importantly, is very attentive to any of your concerns/what you're wanting to achieve. Thank you Caitlin for providing me with such a wonderful experience and the lips I have always dreamed for! Will see you again.

Sharna at Begone has to be the most skilled injector I have ever had with filler or wrinkle relaxer. What keeps me coming back after visiting quite a few doctors over the years is the the absolute care and attention to detail she takes to make sure I am 110% happy with results. Exceptional at what she does but also very caring making sure I am comfortable at all times. You simply must give her a try, you won't go anywhere else again.

Dr Skinner and his team are amazing, had my tattoo removed as part of a contest and they made the whole process worth while. Would definitely recommend anyone going there for this process.

The treatments are so quick and painless, especially compared to IPL and waxing! I was shocked! Well worth the prices!

The doctor performing the tattoo removal was friendly and professional, however my last appointment (number 6) was cancelled and I didn't find out until I got there. When I walked in I said I have an appointment with dr.and she called me by name and said we tried calling you to tell its been cancelled but couldn't get you. They were expecting me in that morning and no one tried calling me that morning. It was an hour and half round trip for me covered in expensive numbing cream. The Admin Manager called today and offered an apology and a 10% discount. At $300 per session (A total cost of 3000-4000 for the full removal) they offered me $30 off. The discount didn't cover the cost of the numbing cream I was covered in or the fuel i used to get there. When I told her that she said well I cant do anything about it and recommended I take my business elsewhere. So I will. Really poor administration. Really poor customer service.

I had a brazilian and was absolutely SHOCKED by how quick and painless it was! I am never going back to waxing!
One of my friends who has had IPL a lot was also shocked by the difference! Great clinic!
