I went here once and will never return. The lady who did my nails constantly slapped my hands through out the process and told me to relax. I was relaxed until you started slapping me. So rude and unprofessional. Never again.

On the morning of the 1 March 2023 (according to my bank statements) Came here to pamper myself as this is my local and been meaning to write a review for months. I had just had my third baby and obviously havnt had the chance to come out to get pedicure for ages.

The lady proceeded to tell me how awful my heels were. She was scrubbing them so hard and missing and I had scratches all on my calves because she was so careless and angry while scrubbing my heels. I had about 7 scrapes that hurt for weeks about 20cm long and shortest being 4cm.

I hadn’t had the time and obviously have very little time to myself so this made me super sad. The small time I finally had away while my husband gave me a break these ladies were awful. Then they proceeded to walk over and look at my heels while talking in another language. It wasn’t even bad they were just rude.

Please avoid I’ve never gone to a salon since. The whole point of coming out and getting a pedicure is so they make you feel better so you go. Not ridicule and shame you so you feel gross and never want to go again

I also requested to have my nails just trimmed and cut and not painted please. The lady proceeded to paint my nails even though I said no 3 times. She said too quiet here. I said I can’t for occupational health safety at work I am not allowed. She said clear ok! And painted and charged me! 81.28 (pedicure and manicure)

I had to go home and remove.

I hope the staff I’m so sorry to say but you should never talk like that to anyone ever!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff who work here are very rude when you question anything about the service they provide.

I waited patiently on a Sunday afternoon to have my nails painted. I had to ask staff after waiting for 1 hour, for colours to choose from and a bowl to soak my polish off as none of the staff working offered me anything… despite sitting in the salon for a whole hour.

I chose a colour, and after another half hour wait, a completely different colour was applied. When I asked the nail tech if she was sure this colour corresponded to the number I had chosen, she assured me it did. I asked for a brown polish and received baby pink.once she was finished I showed her the colour I chose next to the one she applied (I even took a photo of it) and there was a clear and notable difference. They lady was so rude, blaming me and trying to convince me this was my fault. There was no apology at all and no offer to fix the error. The customer service was atrocious. I cannot recommend staying away from this salon enough. Do not go here no matter how desperate you may be!

Great work as always. Very detailed and beautiful nails. Great assortment of colours. It does get busy but they are very efficient.

Bad service: (. I used to be a regular customer, but at my last visit (25/02/23), one of the ladies made my toe cuticle bleed and when I paid with my $120 gift voucher given from my husband as a birthday present, 2 of the nail technicians accused me of writing a 1 in front of the 2. Saying "voucher only $20". They embarrassed me infront of other customers, without checking with their records first. Once she found evidence she did say sorry, but I will not be going back to this nail salon again. Very unhappy to say the least. Grrr!: (

Went to get my nails done and the shape was not right and the lady was so rough with my nails and fingers and to be honest it was over priced

The worst service I have ever had in a nail bar, waiting one hour to be seen. Ripping my nail off without even explaining why, slapped my hand quite a few times. Not even explaining why, Just have dome common curtisy and talk to your customer. So that’s it for me never again.

I do love this place but very short staffes need more staff on.although very beautiful people

So rude, been in 3 times only to be told too busy today. Book an appointment and still have to wait so what’s the point of an appointment. When questioned the wait time and told come back tomorrow for the third time staff are rude. I wouldn’t mind but two staff working on one person, not good enough

Never left a review before but this was the worst experience at any nail shop. Made my nail bleed and when I asked for them to please soak my nails they told me they have no time and if I want to wait all day it will also cost $20 extra to remove one toe nail, they then asked me to leave the shop and don’t come back. The owner then timed in and raised her voice in front of customers. Save your money and time. Horrific.

I am a regular at this place and have loved it Everytime. However today I left almost in tears, the lady doing my nails told me that my nails were not easy to do. All I wanted was SNS on my nail. She said my “nail bed had holes in it” because of this she was trying to get me to do acrylic. Last time I got acrylic I damaged one of my nails so bad that I almost lost the whole nail. I was quiet but she kept going on about how inconvenient it was and how of her time it was taking up. I felt horrible, When I explained I didn’t want acrylic because of the damage it caused last time she said “no don’t tell me that, I have done the course I know how to do my job”. Because of her tone I couldn’t relax and she kept being mad that I wasn’t relaxing my hand. She then slipped when filing and huffed as if it was my fault. I said sorry many times. She then said “last time the guy took so long over an hour because your nails are so hard to do”. To which I apologised AGAIN. I honestly left feeling so bad as this is my local and they have always been so lovely especially the owners. When she was buffing my nails she was extremely rough, I told her I had a nail that was fragile with a fake tip on it and she he it so hard I winced and pulled away. She didn’t even apologise. I didn’t even get to pick the shape of my nail and she didn’t even make it into the shape of the previous nails. I would go back but only the owner as she was extremely lovely after. I even had to pay an extra $5 because “my nails take so long to go”. If me being a client is so inconvenient I’ll go else where. Came to paper myself after a rough week and left with tears in my eyes.

He charged me $75 and told me because it was design and with pink! When the price says $65! The shellac is coming off already and it’s been 4 days! I will never go back to this place again!

Gave this place another try all I wanted my nails painted. It’s been 4 days and the nail polish that’s meant to be shellac is legit peeing off! WHAT A JOKE! This place is A JOKE

Anyway once was finished he told me $90 because the nails were long and meant more work and more nail polish… yep ok paid it no worries… I went back last week to get my nails done all I wanted was very very short acrylic with pink French tip nothing near what I got last time! He charged me $75 and told me because it was design and with pink! When the price says $65! The shellac is coming off already and it’s been 4 days! I will never go back to this place again!

The worst experience I have ever had. So rushed, cut my nails so short to the point they became ingrown. Made me bleed and only massaged my foot for 2 seconds. Paid $50.80 when usually it’s $45. They did a terrible job and were so so rude and rough. I will never go back here.

Absolutely horrible service, i was disrespected many of times with my baby present by my side, drilled into my nails to the point where i bled and fingernails are sore

Staff are pushy to get more services than what you need as I asked for shellac off and they say you need manicure. Also over priced for shellac off and just to buff and shape the natural nail with no nail polish is $35.

Been going for quite some time, they're definitely trying hard to improve their services. Only go in quiet times, morning or mid day on week days as they have time to take care and do an amazing job. Unfortunately i will say their work is inconsistent, gel nails can be beautiful, but a removal just includes them cutting and peeling off the nails without soaking. Art work can be a hit it miss. It is a huge dice roll but, if you become a regular, free coffee and great treatment is included. I would recommend it if you want to become a regular.

Love this place, sure sometimes there's a wait but that's because their so good people always come back. Just book in problem solved. The design lady is AMAZING and their always so polite n lovely only place I go now

Will not be returning. The lady wanted me to sit in an uncomfortable position and not able to move around. She was very rude! Also scammers alert.

Very rude, the man especially, i have acrylic overlay on my own nails and french manicure, he is very inexperienced and left me with very chunky nails, one of others had to finish them off. I kept telling him i am not happy and he got angry with me and speaking in own language to his wife, the owner, quite clearly talking about me. That's when she took over but just to add the white on the tips. One of the girls is OK and does half decent job but after a week they will chip. Used to get 3 wks out of them. Been going to this girl a few times now. Went at 3.30 on Friday, they had 3 clients in, told me too busy by the rude man, come back tomorrow. Very poor customer service, very cheap products used i would not recommend. Then charge me $60 for the inexperience. Not any more. Cheap and nasty. Also check your receipt every time as over charged by $12. Dont know why these salons are not overseen by OH&S and government bodies as they get away with murder.
