Bit grim, not my cup of tea, a pub in the middle of a retail park isn't very community like to me and and not a very good clientele

Well priced and my favourite local pub. Unpretentious and great local crowd always served extremely well by the friendly staff. Hands down best pub in the area.

The one star was for the lady who served the drinks and the other young girl who helped out. As for the so call chef? We watched her stuff her face for a hour, Then 1hours and 45 mins two of our meals arrived (not good) by 2 hours we had to leave as the children were hungry. What a waste of money.we paid for 6 meals and got two. To be fare the waitress arrived as we were leaving and said she would pack up the meals so we could take them (2). We were well and truly over it by then. No apologies and no refund. Thank god for HJ’s. Bring back the other chef we always had good food and she was so pleasant.

I give full credit to the 2 young lady who was flat out all day and the manager who couldn’t be anymore apologetic.unfortunately can’t say much for the cook …but highly recommend it for the service.cheers

The food here used to be great. Now it's skinny steaks way way overcooked, past we'll done, when u ask for medium rare. The veggies look like from a frozen bag and same with the mash.
Could have just been a bad night but they also upped the price. Fair enough with inflation but at least keep the quality. Not good

Just had a fanastic melbourne Cup lunch.
Very good value 3 course lunch.with a choice of entree & mains. The food was well thought abt & very tasty plus a mystery ticket & sparkling wine. Well done guys.will be back soon

A down to earth pub with basic amenities, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Located within walking distances from many homes in the heart of Beechboro.

One star for the young lady at the counter and the assistant manager refunding us as they were both polite and apologetic.
As for the cook, you clearly need a new career path that doesn't involve the public (I wouldn't call her a chef cos she clearly has no clue when it comes to allergies).
Today's experience was very disappointing.even with a gluten and dairy allergy, we have always found something on a menu, usually costing slightly more for a child's meal, but first time today this venue had no idea so we left. I suggest your kitchen catch up with basic allergies

Lunch with Mum. We both ordered the special- Barramundi with chips. With the 'help yourself' salad bar, it was a nice meal. The music in the background must have been ' Epic female hits'. It was fun trying to work out who they were.

What a surprise, my chicken with sundried tomatoes, avocado, spinach on mash was beautifully presented and most important delicious with so many elements. The young girl who served us was very nice and helpful going out of her way to help the diners. It was her first day hope she enjoyed her shift as was a bit busy.

Had a meal there sat night food is great staff friendly but had to wait near.y 2 hrs for meal to be served no joke they are understaffed in the kitchen and bar area management need to get act together feel sorry for staff. Would not go again

Just had a meal there, it was really tasty, hot and served quickly. Staff were very patient and lovely. I was part of a seniors club outing.
But will definitely be going there with my friends and family.
It was also great value

I can say that every time I visit Beeches I have walked out happy. I can suggest you will be looked after.good food and great service.

Customer Service was PRIMO, the young man was very courteous, polite with an outgoing personality. Prices were pretty good too.

Had a great night last night, attended a birthday party the food was good steak cooked to my liking.
I was just disappointed with the noise level of the music. It was actually unpleasant and uncomfortable as it was far too loud.
Even people I knew singing said it was too much.
Such a shame as there was some excellent talent there

Ate at Beeches on Thursday.
Wow the young chef in the kitchen she should be applauded, bistro was extremely busy and she was cooking alone, not to mention the only one with any customer service there on the night, the young lady serving was rude and ignored us whilst trying to place our order, not even sorry I will be right with you, just completely walked past several times. The chef ended up taking our order after the waitress totally ingnored her prompts to serve at the counter.

I had the special of the day, pork steak with sweet chilli and apricot glaze, sweet potato mash and brocalini. It was one of the best pub meals I've ever had. Unfortunately the service was very slow and my husbands meal came out three quarters of an hour after mine and all the others in our group at least ten minutes apart! I realise they were busy but it would have been nice if we could have all eaten together as it was a birthday celebration.

Had a great meal, arrived at 5pm as per their website but upon arrival told kitchen doesnt open till 5.30. So had a pint and waited. Food came out great and meal was delicious and served well. Atmosphere wasnt on par with the price of the meal and the local drinkers in the next section coming in and out ruined the dining experience but overall, meal and drink was good:)
