Always find flowers for any occasion here. Bought some tulips that lasted and lasted. Very beautiful.

Terrible experience.

I'll never come back to this place and I tell everyone I know not to support this business as the man who works there is extremely rude though I've been a customer here for almost 3 years and it was my favourite flower shop.

I was there to get flowers for my coworker today.
As it was a gift from a few people I was taking photos to ask their opinion. The man was very annoyed with me and actually asked why I was taking photos in a rude manner. I was not expecting this but I told him that I need advice from my friends as it's a group gift.
Then he started acting weird and I didn't feel comfortable being there so I left this place telling him I'll leave a bad feedback.

This man has always been rude and unwelcoming to me but the lady who works there is very nice.

Purchased flowers for Mother’s Day on Saturday came home to find they were practically dead they didn’t survive to make it to Sunday as they were dead. Unfortunately I didn’t see this when buying them on Saturday as didn’t have my glasses on but sadden how they were selling half dead flowers and all the leaves were brown. Disappointed

A variety of flowers and limited plants for gifts.
However the staff are rude.on 2 occasions I have tried pay passing and it didn't register the signal, the counterman grabs my card while I'm still swiping. He is impatient. I refrained from coming here for years since the same man three years ago complained that "he didn't have time to tell me the price of a requested price of one brand of cigarettes"
On 2 occasions as well.
He responded on both occasions to just choose a brand as he gets alot of customers asking and is tired of checking prices for every customer. Inconsiderate, lazy and irresponsible to his role as the storms.
Would be 1 star but 2 for the selection of flowers.

Fabulous Fresh Flowers. Well worth a visit anytime you need to pick up a bunch of flowers. Service with a smile too. Reasonably priced and a great variety.

Friendly, welcoming staff, lots of flowers to choose from at very good prices, lovely arrangements also available. They also have a good selection of cold drinks and a nice selection of other convenience items to choose from too.

AMAZING, thank you so much! The shop attendant/owner who served me knew that these were priced too low, but honoured the deal. He’s a genuine, kind and a great person. We had a bad day but he kept to his word. Thank you!

On the way home from work, I thought I would surprise my lovely wife with some flowers, not knowing there were more than flowers accompanying me home, ants started to stream out of the flowers all over the seat, then over the dash board and crawling over me, my hands my head, I stopped a short way down the road to shake them outside of my car, the ground filled with Ants. But again driving home there were still some escaping, and running all over the front passenger seat. Driving home was challenging. Got home and sprayed inside to ward of an invasion of ants. Rang shop and told them of what had happened, their reply I think was of surprise but was told this does happen mainly late in the of the day. Soo before you purchase flowers you may need to shake them to rid of Ants.

Soooo disappointing. I have been to this deli over the years and although it doesn’t offer much in store, the flowers were always a life saver. On one of my visits I noticed they sold foil balloons. I asked if they had the helium gas bottle to blow them up and the gentleman answered yes. I was thrilled as this ads to any flower delivery. I went back the following week specifically for a birthday ballon for my 5year old niece. The stock is very old but I finally managed to choose an appropriate balloon and was so excited that I’d be able to give this with my gift to my niece. They started putting the sale through and I said oh no, I’d like it blown up please and I was told that was not possible. I said that I had asked the week before and was told they had a helium gas bottle. They don’t! They found a bicycle type pump and I explained how that wouldn’t work on a foil balloon. I was extremely disappointed! Not sure if it was a language barrier when I originally asked but either way it had wasted my time and I was unable to give that added surprise to my niece. Flowers are nice but if you travel a tad further there is more of a choice and cheaper prices along Beaufort Street. A real shame. I won’t be buying from here again.
