I bought a double size mattress with a bed protector. Very good customer service, recommendations and advise to find the perfect mattress and further about bed protector having 10 year warranty if anything goes wrong. Been using the mattress for more than 2 months now nd can confidently say its very good quality and comfy. Local business that can be always relied upon for any future issues.

My experience can only be rated AAA+. I am on a Disability Support Pension after decades working for WA Police. I needed a particular bed for my situation. After months of searching with traditional NDIS/Aged Care providers, I found bedsonline with the product, knowledge and pricing. I can’t recommend Shalin’s service & knowledge enough. Buying a new bed has been something I’ve needed to do for years, desperately needing a new mattress for my bad back and hips and to down size out of a framed heavy king size, finally after much research I bought online. That company disappointed me greatly as after I’d bought it I was told weeks later it would be months before it arrived. I decided then I’d look local and found Bedworld’s pricing really reasonable. I went to the showroom where Shalin walked me through the pros and cons of a mattress that would suit for my needs. Gave me time to rest on the mattressses to make sure the right decision was made. Very quick delivery even though it was a few days before Christmas and his after sales service was top notch. Thank you Shalin so appreciate everything you did for me. I love my new bed
