Quick and good follow up at store (internet purchase), the 2 x truck delivery guys were very helpful, on time - set up complete king bed excaltly where i wanted it - thanks Jamie & Lungten - job well done.

I'm very happy with my recent purchase of an Insignia Chiro Harmony matress from Innaloo Bedshed. The service I received was good - Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of his stock and helped me choose the right matress. The delivery service was also good - the matress arrived within a week and in the scheduled 2hr time slot.

Visited the Osborne Park store. Had the pleasure of being served by Arif who gave me generous and thorough information. He was patient and gave me the mental space to decide. Mattress was delivered by Nathan & Kevan. Delivery was on time, efficient and swift. It was an overall five star experience. I fully recommend this store, Arif, Nathan & Kevan. *UPDATE* Mattress was not a good fit and 60 nights comfort guarantee was available to get replacement. Organised swiftly by Samantha. Today it was delivered by Nathan & Ryan who did a smooth & fantastic job.

We bought a Kingsdown bed from Bed shed that cost us $10K. 7 years down the track after moving house the bed is not working properly to the point that we cannot sleep on it, so we contacted Bed Shed who has just passed us to Kingsdown and they, in tern asked us to fill all this forms and send videos, while all we need is the bed to get fixed, it has now been nearly 3 weeks since the problem and Kingsdown has told us that after I rang them a week and a half later after sending the forms that they will call me back in a week. In the meantime we are sleeping on a small bed in the guest room with no aircond. DO NOT buy a KINGSDOWN bed from anywhere their follow up or warranty is atrocious, Bedshed should not sell goods from a company that takes forever to attend to their problems. Erick

Went to get a new mattress today and after a few minutes was greeted by Erin. I told her what I was looking for and what I currently have and she totally understood. She showed me a few options until we narrowed down to 2. She went to work out the best price while I had the opportunity to make a decision without pressure. I asked her what she would recommend and she was very open and honest. I liked that before she showed us anything she asked our budget so she wasn’t wasting our time or hers. We purchased the mattress and she made sure we understood their 60 day sleep guarantee and what would happen if I wasn’t happy. Amazing customer experience and having been in the customer service industry for over 30 years we don’t often find good service anymore. Thank you so much Erin and I look forward to my new mattress arriving.

My partner and I went into this store looking to purchase two mattresses. After looking around for 15mins and no one servicing us, we went to the main desk to seek some help, where we met one of the managers. We asked the manager several questions such as could she go through with us the difference between two styles of mattress we were interested in. She told us.and I quote "how long is a piece of string, you just need to try them and see which one you like". I politely explained that mattresses are not pieces of string and we were hoping for more of an explanation, so we could make an informed decision. She then spoke to us like she didn't know the products and generally her customer service skills were not good at all. We then went over to the mattresses to show her what we were interested in (at this stage I was ready to walk out, but partner was still politely trying with her), and then she saw other customers walk in the store and said she needed to go help them and would be back. Needless to say, she did not come back and we gladly left the store. Ended up and Harvey Norman next door (who were fantastic!) and we spent our thousands there. One of your managers needs customer service training.
If you need to go to bed shed, I'd recommend the one in Joondalup, also fantastic service and product knowledge. I would NOT recommend Osborne park.

We were assisted by Arif who was very attentive to our specific needs and was an absolute delight to deal with. He understood exactly what we needed and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. He put together an utterly amazing deal for us and has been keeping us informed every step of the way. Arif is an absolute treasure, and I honestly cannot recommend Bedshed Osborne Park - and Arif - enough!

Thank you Arif for making it an entertaining and memorable experience!

So disappointed with the service received. Our bed suite + mattress was purchased in September 2021, where we were told the bed suite would arrive by December which we were ok with. In that time we had the mattress delivered as it was in stock and were kindly given a loan base to use while we waited for our bed. When the loan base was delivered they showed up without our mattress (and to add the loan base was disgustingly dirty). Resulting in lots of back and forth until we got our mattress later that day. We then waited until December for our bed and had no word, I had to call to follow up and then was told the shipment had been delayed, until January, then January came and we had no word, I called again and we were told February as a new delivery period. Comes February, I once again had to call to finally be told the shipment was ready and the bed could be delivered. On ALL occasions I had to call to inquire, not once was I given updates on the progress of the shipment. I understand we are living in covid times and was happy to wait longer than expected for the bed suite however it would have been nice to have had regular updates. Come day of delivery, the drives arrived a whole hour outside of the delivery time period they gave me, again, I had to call to inquire about where they were and there was no apology when they arrived for not contacting me to update that they would be late. They arrived and brought everything inside. To my surprise they did not put it together. I later found out this is a service offered however you have to pay additional and state you want it at time of purchase, however this option was never given to us. After unboxing the items it was discovered that the dresser and headboard (in picture) was placed up upside down causing so much grief to get it upright all on my own. Not hard to orientated upright as the boxes have writing on to indicate the top and bottom. Overall really disappointed in the lack of communication and overall service provided. I will not purchase any items here again.

We started looking for a new bed several months ago but didn't buy at the time. We were so impressed with the service and product knowledge from Arif, we sought him out some 4 months later when we were ready. It is rare to find good customer service these days. Arif is not a pushy salesman, he is knowledgeable and gives you space to think and chat. Bedshed is lucky to have him on staff!

Excellent Knowledge & Customer Service

Very personable and knowledgeable salesman (Arif) who looked after me, and took the time to explain the products. Professional and not all pushy he arranged a presented me with a very competitive quote so I decided there was no need to look any further and committed! Thanks for being so helpful and great to deal with Arif!
