i just come in to look though really but dennis really help and give lots of infomation, he is enthusiastic and apsolutely love the job of selling people the perfect bed for their sleep, sorry for a bit of a broken english but keep it up guys: D
As we walked in the door at the Midland store we were greeted by Dennis. We briefly told him what we were looking for and he started from there. He was very knowledgeable without being condescending of our lack of knowledge. He was never pushy and spent a very patient one and a half hours with us before we left without buying, as we needed to think about all our options. We went back this morning and spent over $10,000, confident that we have made the right choice given all the information we recieved from Dennis.
Can’t wait for my adjustable bed and Tempur mattress to arrive!

I went to numerous bed stores and my experience with Jaynie at Midland Bedshed was by far the best of them all, she (and all the staff) was very helpful, informative and most importantly friendly. The products are best priced and I definitely felt good walking out the store after making my purchase. I definitely recommend Midland Bedshed and don't forget to ask for Jaynie!

There is a sale man called DAI HASHIMOTO at this branch - PLEASE BEWARE -this guy is a LIAR AND A CHEAT.
He sold me a pillow saying if it does not suit you - you can return it with full refund as long as you use it with a pillow cover.
When I tried to return the pillow saying it doesn’t suit me (Cause I had neck pain) and I did not use it more than 5 min - he said because of hygiene reason we cannot accept it back.
All this for a lousy $125 pillow sale

Great service. Dennis couldn't have been any more helpful if he tried. Gave us different options and left us to talk in private. Helped in making the price right too. He also helped our daughter with her purchase some months ago. Highly recommended. The rest of the staff were friendly too.
