Service was very helpful and welcoming, even though we did not end up buying from here. The entrance is tucked away so there is some undesirable behaviour nearby and discarded syringes. Nothing the store can do about it, but off putting nonetheless. I hope the sales team don't suffer too much because of this.

YES! Over the last couple of months we have had three separate trips to the store to buy 1.a new mattress and pillows, 2.new bedroom furniture, and 3.lastly a new bed to match the new furniture.

We purchased an adjustable bed from Bedshed Joondalup and the team was so helpful. We needed the bed for a medical situation and so they arranged to get it out to us same day! So grateful for the kind advice both in store and then the deliveries guys. Thank you.

Delivery came 2 weeks late & not one single sorry. Also they refused to change me an other product I wasn't happy about. Will not recommend them

We were picking up our bed frame today and the man who works at there was so friendly and helpful. The entire team from sales to warehouse were awesome. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Great service from going into the store to pick a mattress, to having it delivered. The young guy at Bedshed Joondalup was so helpful, we wanted something delivered asap and he got a list of the ones available for us, gave great advise on quality and which mattress would be a good one for us, arranged delivery, and also pickup of our old mattress, this was Wednesday afternoon, delivery was Friday morning and the two guys delivering the mattress were also great, rang to give us an approx time, then rang when we were next in line for delivery, quick in and out, took away the plastic covering from the new mattress all was done with a smile and a talk:) thank you to all Bedshed Joondalup staff and thank you delivery drivers.

From my first call to Bedshed in Joondalup I was impressed with their professional and friendly service. Marie helped us not only find the most perfectly comfortable mattress for our sore backs, but also helped to secure us a great price and delivery. Bedshed Joondaup is tucked away from all the other hordes of bed stores, further down Joondalup Dr nearer Edgwater than Joondalup. If you want a great deal on an awesome new mattress, see them for sure.

Customer service is a big one for me and when I have visited the store I have always been welcomed and asked if needed help but never to pushy with a variety of options I have bought my base, bed and now 2 pillow and customer service has been great

The salesperson and range at Bedshed Joondalup were great.
The let down was the delivery of 6 boxes.
No assembly.in my opinion this is extremely poor service by Bedshed.
I paid for a bed and expected a bed but what I got was flat packs.
If I wanted flatpacks I would have bought on line.
Disappointed.
