Very poor Services by guys who come to drop the furniture, very rude and hostile towards us in our house, not professional at all. I never ask them to assemble furniture and they assembled in their truck and demanded for money and threatened us in our house and had to pay them $150 as they threatened me that they will take furniture back despite of paying them all furniture. Other tradies working in my house were shocked by these two guys the way they were speaking to us, totally unacceptable. They also damaged our floor which was recently installed. Harish at Malaga store very nice and friendly the only one good thing I can say them. This incident happened a month ago and Manager Harish just called once and incident was reported. Later till now no call as was just wondering if someone can call and I can get feedback regarding outcome. I visited their showroom and Manager was not there, and till today no call. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional

Recently purchased a bed. The elder gentleman that assisted was lovely. However when an issue arose with damage caused by delivery guys, the lack of customer service and how the situation was handled was less than pleasant. I was not taken seriously, lied to, blamed for the damage, had my time wasted and was the one that had to constantly follow up with the store.

I ran into a few road blocks with assembling the bed, at first i was really overwhelmed with the issues however the team in malaga sent out a crew to come help me put it together on a weekend which i highly appreciated. Thank you for the quick turn around and prompt response

Bought a single fold up bed from floor stock. Upgraded the mattress and took it home. Days later I finally found the wooden bed I had originally wanted. I promptly went back and asked if I could return the fold up but was told a definite NO and advised to sell it privately myself. The bed has still not been used and as new. I'm very disappointed that I was not advised of no return. The staff in the shop were great and called "the boss" but he refused, so I now have 2 single beds, one of which I won't be using.

Don't bother. Went to the ellenbrook one and the old lady behind the counter was gossiping on the phone, didn't even tend to a customer. Overheard her personal conversation as she was speaking out loud. Disgraceful. Unprofessional. I walked straight back out. Will never be back.

I've finely been getting a good night's sleep. My new bed is super comfy. Beds 4 u was the 4th place I went to. The service was friendly not pushy. Highly recommend.
