An absolutely wonderful experience! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the beds! Oh the beds are magnificent! Made in WA and for our climate. We tried out quite a lot of beds, but I can say confidently these are the best around. You really couldn't ask for more. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Friendly and helpful staff, worked out a good deal, prompt and easy delivery, very happy with the comfort and quality of my new mattress so far. Highly recommended.

Beds and dreams Joondalup were amazing to deal with. They didn’t push you to buy any products at all, but simply gave you information to walk away and think about/ research. I did some online research into the mattresses I was interested in. Unlike other bed stores I had been in that weekend, and walked straight out because they followed me around the store trying to sell, I found their knowledge of beds and mattresses exceptional. They arranged delivery for me and found me a great deal price wise. I would highly recommend dealing with this store and I will be going back to buy a new bed frame later this year!

While the staff in the store were very helpful our whole experience with Beds N Dreams has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! From being delivered a unsatisfactory product, waiting 12 months for a replacement with no updates or contact from the business despite numerous requests to simply "keep us in the loop" to finally arrive at delivery day where I had 3 separate phone calls before 8am on my weekend to change the delivery time! I regret ever committing to our purchase with this company. Being denied a refund, my partner and I can no longer even stand to look at the product we purchased and can't wait to be rid of it. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is the second time I have purchased from Beds n Dreams in Joondalup for my family (even my mum purchased from the store due to me raving about the level of service I received). I can not recommend Ally highly enough. Just a true lovely genuine lady who is friendly and kind and only has her customers best interest at heart The same can be said for lovely Laura who also assisted today. ️️️

I walked in to the Joondalup store and received a warm welcome by Jeremy. He was so helpful, and recommended me the perfect mattress. I ended up choosing a bed head totally opposite than what I was previously looking at, because it was so beautiful. He was so awesome when I purchased my bed and gave me a speedy delivery for couple days later as it was the weekend. Totally happy with my purchase! My bed arrived first thing in the morning, and Jeremy followed up with a phone call to make sure it arrived. Definitely recommend this store!

We bought the coralbay gas lift bed and where quite surprised about the made in china poor quality and fakeness. The rough sawn finish is just a Marri veneer, who knows what the actual wood is. The advertising is totally miss leading! The craftsmanship is also poorly chinese made, you have to push and squeeze to get things together. Things are wonky and don't fit properly. The tallboy and the bedside tables come pre assembled and if you want to close them properly you have to push real hard with both hands. Its totally overpriced for a cheap Chinese fake of marri timber! Let's me assume that all their beds are made like that, such a ripp off! I'm surprised about all the good reviews, the fake wood must be good enough to fool most. It did fool me in the store as well, but putting it together I could see the cheapness.
In the pictures I used the assembly key the bed came with to show the poor measurement. In the same pictures you see how poorly the veneer is finished and a gaps where both corners are joined

Fantastic experience from start to finish, very knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to purchase from. The pricing was amazing and the quality was great and will look awesome in the new house!

I wouldn't even give 1 star, the lady Ally and apparently the owner if that's who called me where incredibly rude, I wanted to switch beds or cancel my lay-by but they won't let me switch or refund my money as apparently its a "contract", I didn't even sign the paper, but they refuse to see any wrong doing on their behalf. I even asked them to send me the lay by slip and they sent me it with the signature part that I didn't sign cut off.
Then I found my recipet and realised that I didn't sign the bit that says "I am aware im bound " because No one told me or asked me to sign it!
I said to Ally, you should tell people these things and she said no we shouldn't, and showed me a hidden tiny print piece of paper.
Pathetic to say the least!
Its more about the way the situation was handled in a very provocative way, giving answers like "NO, your not at kmart or target", "your just not hearing what you want to hear",
They could have said, we will give you a lamp or some pillows instead of nope the money is ours now.

I went in there to look at the bed again, either change the bed, by the bed, or cancel the layby, they didn't have the bed anymore (only lay-bys 2 weeks ago) and left not wanting to spend another cent all because of the lady there.
Extremely bad customer service and to big for their boots, next time I will shop at a more respectable shop, as I know they won't have any hidden agenda. They must really be desperate to not refund $300.

No apology what so ever. A little kindness goes a long way, I would have most probably bought the bed with someone showing me it and being KIND!

Ally from Beds and Dreams Joondalup gave very helpful and professional customer service! Great choice of bed frames and mattresses and at a brilliant price! We did a shop around today at other big bed stores and we thought Beds and Dreams were the cheapest and best quality. Would recommend!
