Beds n Dreams Midland was the first store we walked into when looking for a new bed for our teenage son. Jake greeted us immediately and asked all the right questions, he was extremely helpful and on point. The products he showed us were great quality and priced well. We told Jake that we’re heading to other stores to compare styles and prices and that we may see him later. After looking at three other companies, we happily returned to Beds n Dreams and did the deal with Jake. On picking up our bed a couple days later, Jake was very helpful again and even helped me load the bed and base onto my trailer (I chose pick up option). When we arrived home we set up the product, it was fantastic, no complaints at all from us, great bed, great service and great price, thank you Jake and Beds n Dreams Midland. The Vassallo family.

Thanks to Arlene I was able to choose a headboard that suited my new home. Arlene showed me different ideas, sizes etc and gave me a detailed quote. Some weeks later I came back and selected a lovely fabric for the headboard, which will take approx 6 weeks to make.

Excellent customer service from Jerry while looking to buy a new bed. Very helpful and non pushy. The Rockhampton Queen bed and matching bedside cabinets were of a high quality but the bedhead had a small but noticeable imperfection. I informed Jerry back at the store. He apologised for the inconvenience and without any hesitation arranged for a replacement bedhead to be delivered and fitted. I would like to add that the delivery guys, Rhys and Cameron, were on time, friendly and efficient. A great shopping experience from start to finish.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Arlene listened to my requirements and took the time to offer and discuss my options with absolutely no hard sell and complete respect for my budget. I was made to feel at ease to try out beds for as long as I liked and never felt pressured to make decisions there and then. Unlike many other bed stores, the staff here don’t earn commission on sales and it really shows in their refreshing attitude. Communication was also excellent, all other aspects of my purchase went well without any problems. The only thing I would change is it would be better if they accepted Amex for payments.

Beds N Dream Midland have a variety of beds and mattress according to your needs and the staff at the store are very nice. We were served by Ben who is very friendly and approachable and he helped us in choosing our products and we are very happy with our purchase

Everytime my partner and I came into the store we were greeted with friendly staff who were not over-bearing and welcomed us said their name and said where they were if we needed help and left us to look at beds. All the staff have been friendly and helpful and gave us all the information to make the right choice, no one pushed and they let us make up our minds and didn't force us to buy. We finally decided on a mattress and bedframe with the help of Arlene who is so lovely and down to earth and helped us decide on the best bed for us. Thank you Beds N Dreams.
