I happened to be by chance visited this Osborne Bed N Dreams showroom as shopping around for our new hope but our luck brought us to right place. Jaynie, store Manager, being thorough professional offered us Bedroom furniture fitting to our need without pushing us to sell something. Patience and her open mind to genuinely help us in finding furniture made us to give try and after getting best delivery and after service care is above and beyond any best shops in Perth. Guys keep the good work and wish you all the best.

Bed arrived damaged after having to wait months for it after delays so a replacement was sent a week later, it also arrived and was unacceptable quality so third bed delivered - exactly the same issue plus cosmetic damage to add and on top of that! They also delivered a gas lift struts which weren’t even part of my order, so over the course of 4 weeks I had delivery guys in my home 4 times - a complete waste of my time!
Spoke to the Manager Ben who was very dismissive of me & said he doesn’t see anything wrong with the bed being out of alignment or the cosmetic faults, so I felt like I was being fobbed off and discriminated against because I’m a woman, so I wrote to the store requesting to deal with the store owner directly as I no longer wished to deal with Ben, but the Store owner never bothered to contact me which left me still having to deal with Ben who IMO needs a refresher in customer service.
I’ve had to lodge a consumer complaint against this company because the compensation amount they offered was insulting - not even 10% of what I paid for the bed & I’m someone who has spent well over $3k in this store, so buyer beware.

Although the store didn't have the product we were looking for. We were welcomed into the store. The ladies were lovely. We wish you had the product we wanted cause would have gotten a sale! But lovely furniture and will definitely be back another time.

Horrible customer service.
Housemate ordered delivery, and removal which was included on the invoice. When the delivery men came they denied removal, called the store who also denied ever knowing about the removal.

I had to pay $70 out of pocket, when removal was only meant to be $35.

I then contacted the store to see what the idea was, they played the miscommunication card and refused to accept they had messed up.

Unsure of what mattress we really wanted, we were assisted by Shirley who knew her products and was not at all pushy. We returned to see her again a week later after being to other retail stores. We ended up purchasing the mattress and a bedroom suite. Shirley gave us great customer service and we were looked after with the price as well. Highly recommend this store!

Purchased my mattress from Beds N Dreams Osborne Park 7 years ago and to this day, it's still amazing! It was time to upgrade to a King Size so thought I'd contact the same store again and connected with the wonderful Marie who did not disappoint! She was friendly, efficient and a great communicator.

Amazing ranges of bed frames and mattresses, there are so many to choose from! As well as Brilliant customer service:) 10/10 couldn’t be happier!

The lady who sold this bed was great. Marie was friendly and a good listener. Marie also gave us a very good price. Marie later helped us with arranging delivery before due date which was excellent customer service. We are very happy with the product so far.last but not least, the delivery guys were amazing, very good guys and professionals. 5 stars

Good range of products at reasonable prices.
Service was very slow. Manual receipt writing took a while and then a copy of the invoice was emailed.

Beds n Dreams had been recommended to us, and we weren’t disappointed. They had a great range of food quality bed frames and mattresses on display. Tony looked after us.his product knowledge was amazing and he was incredibly patient as we took our time choosing the right frame and mattress. We were incredibly happy with the service and can’t wait until our new bed arrives!
