First time used this service was ok. Second time was abysmal. Didn’t do the right thing or follow proper process, nor keep me updated, then kept blaming the buyers side. I paid and did half the work- getting final accounts from utilities myself and paying them myself. Will never use this one man band ‘business’ again.
