Retention of the lashes last so well, a few weeks later and they still look awesome!
First time coming here and I was very happy with the service, Jen was really nice and professional and my lashes look great. My eyes had a reaction to the glue. This has happened to me before from another eyelash technician and I do have sensitive eyes. I do recommend Jen the lashes were great and are holding well.

Just got my eye lash extensions / brows done by Jen, I look like a little doll! It’s my first time booking an appointment with her but it won’t be my last. She was very responsive on WhatsApp and answered my questions promptly. The salon is clean and well maintained, I felt very comfortable. Thank you Jen, hope to see u again soon!

Went last Sunday for an extension. Jen is very gentle and pro, and the whole experience is a breeze. The lashes are soft and looks very natural, not like the previous ones I did in another shop which ‘feels artificial’.

Highly recommended for a lash lift. I have washed my face a few times and the effect has not degraded. My lashes appear as though I am wearing mascara and are more noticable. I think this is a very worthwhile treatment and at an affordable price. Jen was so kind to accept me at short notice on a busy day. If you get this treament go "glamorous level".

Only in Perth for a month and normally get my lashes done in Melbourne. I have a terrible habit of rubbing one eye so lashes always fall out on one side a lot quicker. Jen happily slotted me in pretty last minute for refills and matched them perfectly to the lashes I already had in. She also didn't charge me extra for having my lashes done elsewhere, unlike other places (or outright say they only do removal and a new set).

Lashes have been retained well even with regular swimming and exercise. Clean salon, professional and super friendly. I will definitely be paying Jen a visit before I leave and whenever I come back to visit!

I recommend cients discussing your needs and expectations with Jen and for some, extension glues do induce sensitivity and teary reaction after application. Communicate with Jen and she will sort it out for you. I live 50 minutes away from Bateman, I still see Jen every month to get the lashes that make me happy.

Unprofessional, poor quality treatment and service:
1. When I turned up she made me sit by myself for 10 mins whilst she talked to her husband in the kitchen about the shopping.
2. She forgot to apply the curling solution to my right eye so now I look asymmetrical.
3. Failed to apologise or offer any solution until I did a tonne of complaining. I never went back to rectify it because I lost trust.
Save your money and go to a professionally run salon.

I was so happy with my eyelashes. From the minute I got them I couldn't even feel that they were there. They looked fabulous and they lasted a long time. I can't recommend Jen more highly and look forward to my next set.
