Beaufort Chemist reviews
44I live locally and the pharmacist has no knowledge of the current Pharmacy Guild requirements when I booked immunization and gave me the wrong advice. When I went to another pharmacy and asked, they rang the Pharmacy Guild and they gave the opposite advice to this pharmacist. I won’t be going back.
I am so grateful that this Chemist was open and able to help me at 12.30am. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you all very much
Had a great experience today, the staff were prompt and attentive, they genuinely cared about everyone in there. It was a little thing but after many clinical health care experiences it was nice to feel genuine care
Nigel is hands down the best Pharmacist I have come by. Helped me a few Times over the years, so I really appreciate his professionalism
The pharmacist told me I should, "put that in my pocket quickly, " when I bought thrush treatment for my girlfriend. I think he thinks it's a VD.
Whether it was deliberately rude or just plain ignorant, it was 100% inappropriate.
My partner got a cat scratch at 11pm after cuddling our kitty, in her ear on 22nd of April. The nurse (I didn’t catch her name: () on was absolutely wonderful and had her seen to in 5 minutes of arriving. Tetanus shot done and brilliant care provided. Thankyou for this service it is really appreciated and needed.
Great that you have a registered nurse available but would be better if there was a booking system for the nurse, especially for someone who just needs a simple script but has to wait in queue inside the pharmacy with people coughing all over us and my children tired and not knowing how long the queue will take. Being able to book a time online would be great. And there's no urgency from staff, it's being operated like a very slow medical clinic with what seems like 50 questions needing to be answered for simple OTC items
Amazing customer service when seeking out a nurse for an injection. From the girl who answered the phone, to the Wonderful nurse on duty, thank you ladies!
The best pharmacy I’ve ever been. I got a serious red eye and something like irritation at night and here is the only late open chemist which is not too far away from my home. All staffs here are so keen to help and as sweet as possible. Gave me the right direction and a budget medication recommendation. They described everything so clear and considered English is my second language. I would say here will be the only pharmacy I will go in the future when possible. The nicest moment in 2023 so far. 5 stars experience. Sincerely appreciate it. ️️
This is my a second visit to the nurse to remove sutures. Robin is a great guy and looked after me on both occasion.
They used to open 24 hours, but 2am is still great. A late night chemist that within 15minutes drive is handy. Thank you.
The late night nurse Michelle is the most loveliest nurse I've met. So considerate and remembers previous appointments I have had with her. Always asks about my family and will always go back if I need as I feel so comfortable.
The team provides me with excellent service from managing scripts during supply chain issues, through to night nurse practitioner and a vaccination clinic. I appreciate the way you care for me as a regular customer!
Twice I have used the late night service, once when I was 9 months pregnant and was choking on my vomit from heartburn and tonight when I can barley breathe due to a viral infection.
Both occasions Nigel has went above and beyond with his care, ensuring I got the correct medication and even staying open later for me to get it.
Just the worst pharmacy i've ever dealt with.constant issues with ordering, communication is non existent.go elsewhere
No more restavit or anything with doxylamine in stock. If you have light insomnia, you gotta find some place else.
Nigel (the pharmacist) was tired and “rude”.
If you can’t handle the pressure, time to retire?
Served by Peter the pharmacist, my wife just needed to replace an asthma puffer as her asthma has come back as an adult. While we appreciate the and understanding reasoning behind the advice he gave his delivery was completely disgusting. So rude, my wife was confused by the situation and I tried to assist. Peter lacks the basic customer service skills a professional should have in this role. It’s a shame as we are local and frequent the chemist often, the staff usually go above and beyond to meet customers needs. Shocked and upset by this experience.
Service warning: do not go into this Chemist if you are buying a mask to replace the one you accidentally dropped somewhere on the walk back from Hyde Park. There is a risk that an overzealous and unspeakably rude staff member will ridicule you for failing to wear a mask…while you have a mask in your hand that you are trying to pay for. He will delight in making sure the entire shop is aware that you are indeed a repugnant mask-free specimen who must be exterminated immediately!
I have spent thousands of dollars at this Chemist in the three years I have lived in Mount Lawley. I will be going to Priceline up the road from now on. The dramatics!
PS - the guy had no problem touching the mask packet so he could scan the price. But the horrors of standing 2 metres away from him while trying to by a mask!
Thank you so much for staying open. I called at 1.50am this morning hoping to get a script filled when my sons croup really kicked off. The pharmacists said he'd stay open for me and filled the script. Very thoughtful and I'm very thankful. Great service at all hours.five stars!
