Such a shame that this place has gone so downhill. They used to do the best chips here, now they taste terrible.
Judging by the other reviews they seem like they would rather argue back than to take the honest feedback on board and make changes to the food.

Sorry but what a mess.
This place used to be my go to, people used to wait in long queues for their chips and gravy.
Have given benefit of the doubt with new management, come here once a week for lunch but no more after today.

Waited 20 minutes for a meal and coffee, people that were behind me in queue got theirs first, my friend had finished her food before I even got my coffee.
Don't even bother putting any additional requests in your order they always ignore it.
Both meals didn't come with a knife and fork and had to get up twice to request utensils.
Only do senior discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays?

It was ok, but the service was slow, our meals came out 20 minutes apart and they forgot part of the order, everytime they delivered to a table the wait person apologised for slow service.more suited to the pensioner demographic I suspect.

Ordered food at 09: 55 a.m.
Sat 25 minutes waiting for a milk shake, the restraint had run out of ice cream and they had to go to Coles to buy some.
I decided to sit and wait to see how long it would take to bring the beef sausage I had also ordered. 10: 35 I asked for a refund on the food ordered. I was given a sausage from the baymare and the beef and cheese my wife had ordered still was not available.
40 minutes for me to walk out.
Food was average not worth the wait.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at your establishment, and I simply cannot tolerate the poor service and chaotic management of your store.
First and foremost, I would like to address the two young servers who seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They completely lacked an understanding of the basic principles of customer service. Despite being an earlier arrival, I was completely ignored and left waiting on the side. Not only did they lack fundamental knowledge, but they also lacked basic service skills. All I wanted was to order a simple serving of fries, and yet I waited a full 10 minutes without any success. Eventually, due to my impatience, I had to go to another establishment for lunch.
The store owner also appeared to be mismanaging the place. I have no idea what she was doing as she was constantly running around the store. She seemed more concerned with the cash register than with attending to the needs of the customers. Despite there being three employees in the store, they all completely disregarded the customers in front of them and displayed absolutely no sense of service. The management of the store is simply a mess, and customers here do not receive the attention and treatment they should. In comparison to other restaurants, this is unquestionably the worst experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment, as you will undoubtedly regret going there.

First, I visited the establishment a few weeks before composing this review. Second, while there is time to individually examine surveillance footage to address customer concerns, the primary focus should be on improving one's own service quality. Persistently attributing problems to others may perhaps be the reason for the notably low ratings of your cafe. It is rather astonishing that there is even an assumption of a personal conflict between me and the owner, which is both absurd and laughable. It seems there may be quite a number of personal grievances between other patrons and the owner. However, as an innocent diner, having to endure baseless accusations like these is truly shocking and disheartening. I affirm that my evaluation is entirely truthful. The numerous reviews below suggest a conspicuous trend of the owner only accepting positive feedback while rejecting any negative comments, which is, indeed, quite startling.

We were at this tiny little café Monday, had quiche chips & salad with lasagna with fresh salad, my son had beach house special burger.he love its he was thanking it's gourmet burger so big and delicious with our favorite drinks. I must say we enjoyed our meal, really delicious worth for money, happened to meet owner had a little chat even though was a busy time very friendly and very welcoming & junior staff are fabulous specially Elly your awesome customer service great job keep up your your good Beach house café love to be back and highly recommended!

Visited the Beach House Cafe Warnbro Fair WA Saturday 9/6/23. My partner looking forward to his favourite "Mega Breakfast" & myself just something light "Bacon & Egg Sandwich" couple of simple requests made regards our meals no sausages thanks on breakfast & well cooked egg on Sandwich.neither request was carried out.
Partners meal was not hot, but by the time our order was finally filled.some 25 minutes after being placed he was so hungry he just ate it! Quality of meal sadly lacking.
We realise Beach House Cafe has been under new Management/Ownership for quite a few months now & initially expected there to be a few "changeover hiccups" but after numerous "we'll give it another try" we've decided we definitely won't be back.

Staff are all pleasant enough but there seems to be a lack of cohesiveness between front of house & kitchen.
Tables not cleaned/cleared in a timely manner.as you bring an order out, pick up dirty dishes from vacated tables etc

Best mega breakfast well cook Bacon &egg loved it! Kids loved thick milk shake! It’s a tiny little cafe, beautiful staff & will be back again! Good work guys!

Good food doesn’t need to be from a fancy cafe or restaurant! Beach house cafe served us some very delicious burgers. Freshly made, their beef burger with the lot was served with fresh carrots, lettuce, cucumber tomatoes, egg, bacon and piping hot crispy chips. Very satisfying! Coffee and milkshakes were very good too, on par with most good coffee shops.
Beach house cafe’s broad menu offer food options from full breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, cakes and hot/cold snack options, catering for everyone.
Prices are very good for the food provided. Staff a very friendly and attentive. Beach theme work very well for the area.
If you’re in the area, skip the coffee club drop by Beach House Cafe for a good meal, coffee and cake. I very much recommend them!

If I could rate half a star I would, terrible food, chips tasted like oil and worst coffee out ever

Waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken&cheese toastie when there was no one else around and they hadn’t even started them after 20, went up to ask about them
And they didn’t even write it down correct, pathetic customer service, 6 workers and not 1 of them could start a simple order

Too expensive for what was given. 45 minute wait for a mediocre meal which was incomplete and bare minimum for the money paid. 22 dollars for each item you could easily make at home.

All ways love their big breakfast, this is our favourite cafe, we are experiencing three generations, we have been visiting this cafe last 19 years still love the place & food, new owner is very friendly & very welcoming, friendly staff, highly recommend & will be back!

We went to beach house cafe today and had the beach house burger and thick shakes,
They were absolutely delicious! Love their chips, they were hot and fresh,
Highly recommended for families, the junior staff were doing an outstanding job, and we happened to meet the new owners and had a nice friendly chat

Best customer service and the food is great my kids love their milk shake and thick shake.pulled pork burgers were fantastic highly recommended for family dining

Waited for 40 minutes for 1 piece of fish to be grilled, when we finally got our orders there wasn't even a sorry we. We noticed that 4 other orders for other customers came out before we Questioned what was going on.
Bad service and no apologies so will give this place a miss in future so will our friends

Very disappointed in the customer service.my husband and I ordered milkshakes, they were luke warm, I tried first time to say something, the lady walked away from me in the middle of my complaint.second attempt, same lady answered me with this response.the dishwasher had just been emptied and the usual milkshake containers were warm, then, walked away with no apology or offer of another drink.
Will not be back. I have to say that we chose this cafe over the other 2 big name cafes, thinking we would support the small family business.
Will not make this mistake again.

Really lovely place we would love to every weekend with my family for breakfast new owners are fabulous, they very welcome &staff are reall fantastic
