Ordered the brisket and chips for $26, and it was the saddest, thinnest piece of meat I’ve ever seen. Barely 1/2cm thick and certainly not worth the cost. Very disappointing

Amazing, American style cuisine. Have never dined in person here, due to current COVID 19 related restrictions. That said, their delivery and meal service is spot on!

Didnt stay to eat, or even order for that matter. No one came out to greet us and the afternoon sun was blazing through the front windows, no aircon, it was so hot, we left.

I see so many bad reviews and I'm glad my first time ordering with them was great. I ordered with uber eats and my food arrived quickly and it was yuuuummmm! I mentioned I'm doing quarantine and they left a note? I'll definitely be going there next time!

They put a milkshake in the same bag as the food when it arrived milkshake container was nearly empty and over all the food which cost nearly $100! Rang BBQ Joe's who said not their problem it was uber eats problem. You don't put a drink in the same bag as food! Unless it is stable! So it is your fault don't try and blame the driver for your incompetence!

Ordered ribs like I have many times before via uber eats.

This time though:

Ribs weren't what was in the picture in the app.

Apparently the menu has been changed by the owners but images have not been updated in app.

The portion of ribs I got was minsicule compared to what it use to be and the process of how theyre made has changed.

So now not only was the portion tiny, but they did not taste good. Overall terrible ribs not worth $10 let alone the $28 i paid.

Seems like owners are trying to cut corners and being dishonest, stay away.

Some friends and I all had burgers and chips here and we all enjoyed our meals. They also had some adobo style options on their menu (such as the Adobo Pork Belly Burger I had), which you don't tend to see around, especially in a BBQ/burger place, so worth a look.

Despite having a variety of styles in regards to burgers, shakes and hot dogs, the taste was nothing out of the ordinary.

This was unfortunate as the display images of the menu items were quite appealing and captivating.

The taste of the dishes were enjoyable and edible but not enough to justify the prices of each item.

I would recommend passing on the shakes, as despite the syrups and toppings, I felt I was just drinking an ice cream cake and not the flavour I ordered.

The establishment is kept to a clean standard and has some entertaining decor.

The staff does have good service, but unfortunately for me, I was delivered my wrong order at first and had to wait longer (this was during non-peak hours and I was the only individual dining in).

In conclusion, I recommend the store but in a pinch; something, if there are no other options.

Food is always amazing! The chicken strip's in particular are delicious- it reminds me of places i went to in America, loads of taste, big portions. Highly recommend- comfort food at its best!

Pretty bad customer service.

We actually love BBQ Joes, the food is great. We order from them regularly but I don't think we'll be coming back. Yesterday we ordered, got home and realised a burger was missing from the bag. I called them straight away and they said they'd re-do the whole order for us. This was great because we knew that if we left home right away, the food we did get would be cold by the time we got back home.

When we got to the store the lady told us that actually they weren't going to remake the order, the manager decided not to. This was really disappointing because if you tell a customer you're going to remake their order so that it's all fresh and hot then wait for them to drive back and say you changed your mind, you're going to lose some loyal customers. The cost of re-making the small amount of food we ordered would have been minuscule and retained them a regular customer.

I also thought it was pretty poor the manager hid in the kitchen and let his staff deal with that. Talk to the customer yourself and you'll likely have a better outcome because it shows you care.

Despite it being your screw up, we had to drive back to collect our food we ordered nearly an hour earlier and then came home to eat cold food. We won't be back unfortunately.

Top gun burger is not worth $19.50, burger is the size of a big mac.will not support these guys again.

Ordered brisket tonight to be so disappointed by the portion sizing to the pricing paid and extra 17$ for a tiny 100grams is not worth it.

Most addictively delicious food I have ever had! You can tell its made with love and the ingredients are so fresh. I’ve tried everything on the menu and I have yet to be disappointed!
Even their house drinks are delicious.

Ever since BBQ Joe opened for business, their burgers have been taking the no. 1 spot on my list.

Not only do they know how to make the perfect greasy burger, they also do juicy Beef & Pork Ribs. To add to all the goodness, they also have a range of milkshakes that will absolutely compliment an already excellent treat.

I’ve ate there couple of times & ordered takeaways and I am certain their quality of service is consistent.

There is a 10/10 chance this is your favourite BBQ joint you wish you knew sooner.

The pork ribs full slab was very small to the others that I have ever had before. The bones were pretty much thinly layered with little meat. It is definitely not for a sharing one. With the price of $38 I was expecting a generous and fullfilling portion.
On the upside, the roast pork adobo was really nice and tender though.

I live in Cannington and there have been a number of disappointing restaurants in previous years. HOWEVER this is a Gem. Ordered a full slab of Ribs! And as good as what I experienced when living in New York. Great flavour and tender. Very impressed and this will be my new go to restaurant. Only negative s are location and salad selection. Look up Nando's and what they offer for salads would be ideal. Need to be more central. Beats all others hands down, congratulations

Ordered beef ribs for takeaway, taste was really nice but there was hardly any meat on the ribs.
