Me and my girlfriend went to report verbal abuse and told that to the police officer in the front reception we found, after hearing all the things she said that I don’t take the report we asked why? First she said we have no legislation to verbal abuse/insults and she rethink for one minute after that she went back to check more from other officers and she told them exactly what we told her we have heard that when she tell to them, during that minutes when she was with other officers they all was started laughing the funny things for them was the verbal abuse.
Please serve as properly!

Almost unbelievably incompetent. The guy is on camera robbing my car, the licence plate and his face is in clear view.

Looking forward to the day these people are replaced by a computer.

It’s unfortunate. Very unhelpful. Long term issues of complacency. Would recommend not dealing with this station. Personally I’ve been left to make complaints over lack of service and incredibly bias judgmental discriminatory experience leaving ke terribly traumatised. If you need help. Try somewhere else.

I had my ID stolen just before COVID and a bunch of credit accounts were set up in my name. I was advised by the credit provider to go to my nearest police station to file a police report. The officer I dealt with was really unhelpful and made me feel worse about my situation and as though it was my fault. When I explained my situation, he asked me why I hadn't reported the ID as stolen (I thought I had just lost it in my house/in the process of moving and had already ordered a new one), why my address on my license was different to my residential address (because I had moved less than two months prior) and threatened to fine me for this on the spot, and the proceeded to ask if I was SURE I HADN'T ACCIDENTALLY SET UP THE ACCOUNT AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT. When he went out the back to "check something", I heard him making fun of me and my situation to his coworkers. The only thing I thought I had achieved was getting the address on my license changed but when I went to renew my licence at the Department of Transport, they hadn’t even done that. Funny, I thought public servants were meant to serve the public. It is people like this who would rather chastise a person in need than help fix the actual problem that give Australian police a bad wrap.

Based on the reviews that have been submitted my expectations were really low. I was very pleasantly surprised.the woman that assisted me with my enquiry couldn't have been more helpful.

I was just in a road rage incident where as driver was trying to intimidate me by driving very close and following me through Bayswater. So I drove into the carpark of the Police station corner of Whatley and got out to confront the man. We stood there for several minutes yelling at each other, and not one police officer came out to see what the commotion was. Thanks for the assistance guys!

Is it a common experience that this police station often laughs at people? I have several personal recordings of such behaviour. I note the comments here much confirm this also.

Despite having taken a VRO against Nic who was cleared of any wrongdoing in the stabbing death of an alleged home intruder and having had to of made several triple zero emergency calls since then due to the return of Nick to and into my house and despite the fact that Nic’s home is on the main road between who police station and a main artery to the CBD and despite the fact that his commercial address was given to the police, this is the 7th day since the VRO was granted. It is sadly ineffective however due to the ineffectiveness of the Bayswater police or their reluctance or incapacity to serve this upon a man who undisputably has stolen war means. Stealing war medals to me is treason.

It is my conclusion sadly, that some of the staff who work here do not serve Australia and may well be the threat which our great intelligence agencies warn us about. There is a difference between being poorly funded and being involved with treason. Some may argue that one is the probable result of another yet they are different. I do not make these comments lightly but in the wake of my war mental being stolen by high profile individual Nic Shilken who was recently cleared of a bizarre stabbing, I draw to them none the less. Nic Shilken is known to me. The attitude of the Police is indefensible in the defence of Nic Shilken and to this day nothing has been done despite footage of Nic breaking into my house and cutting the power, he admitted to taking the medals, him wearing the stolen medals on the TV and acknowledgement of Bayswater Police that it is widely known through the force that they are my stolen war medals.

Upon calling this station to seek advise about crime rates in the area, the officer laughed at my face saying is was a silly question. Is this how public servants are meant to behave?

Absolute disgrace, house broken into. Forensics deem it extremely unlikely door could have been opened like it was without damage, contractors in the house until 14.30. Owner arrives back at 17.30 to find door open and lock broken but no damage to the door, door suppliers deem that the door must have been unlocked otherwise it would have to have been damaged in getting it open, police deem there is nothing to go on,
Evidence gone unchecked, police never attend the property, passports stolen along with cash and family heirlooms.
These people are worse than the criminals that stole from me as my taxes continue to pay their wages.
They should all be stripped of the uniform that is supposed to represent a trusted public servant.
What an embarrassment to the police of yesteryear.

Give me the footage “detectives”
I’ll sort it out myself at no cost to the taxpayer.

Typical WA police, more worried about speeding fines rather than looking into the many thefts we have reported to them

Officer Joy Serena CULLIFORD is ageist, rude and completely out of touch with enforcing the law, she took 2 attempts and 40 days to write an untrue statement, she lied and was completely out of order taking the action she did

Literally treated like dirt and a joke the second I walked in. Was chauffeuring a friend to report a violent attack incident and treated like we were in the wrong and even threatened by the head officer in charge.
Destroyed any trust and respect I had for police, better off fending for myself then relying on them.

Don't care. Bullies. Put me off police for life will never trust them again and will never call them for help. If you have a DV issue stay away from this station they attack the victim and put children at risk of being killed.
Worst police station in Australia. Close it down does nothing waste of money. Pic of how police treat victim with no criminal record upstanding citizen. Genuine warning - do not trust this station, go to Midland.
