Car rental was super easy and cheap. We had to amend our booking in the middle and had no issues.
Although it was peak holiday time and the choice of vehicles was limited, I managed to book a car very easily online for pickup the next day at a very reasonable cost. The car was in great and safe driving condition. The guys in the office were extremely helpful and the drop off process was very easy. The deposit was returned as promised within a few days. I highly recommend No Birds. Thanks

Rented a Toyota Corolla Hybrid for a week to go to Albany and Esperance. No problems at all, the process was very easy, staff was helpful and prices were fair. Probably the best car company I have used. Highly recommend!
Great company to deal with, pre booked online but when picking up the car was asked what our plans were. Guy at Fremantle offered a cheaper deal than booked, same car but lower kilometre allowance, he was spot on. Great customer service, cleanest hire car we have come across, looked like new. Highly recommend. Yes not at the airport, but savings worth it for the minor inconvenience.

Worst place I've ever been to, the "manager" has no customer service and will trick you into stuff by talking so much you can't get a word in.
He will try convince you to get extras you don't need so if you do go with them watch his 70's salesman tricks.
When trying to talk with him politely he was yelling at me wouldn't let me talk then walked away locked himself in a back room.

I only rented a car from this company for a couple of days for a trip down to Busselton and Naturaliste National Park but the service was excellent.
The staff were knowledgable, helpful and understanding.
From my experience this company is very transparent about their insurance policies and I knew how much I had to pay exactly. No hidden costs.
The car itself was much cheaper than the better known companies like Hertz and Europecar and the Top Cover insurance reduced the liability charge to just 98 dollars (max). It didn't feel like the company was waiting for me to crash so they could extort $5000 dollars from me like some other rental companies.
Would recommend greatly.
I've rented a car for 2 weeks saying I don't need insurance, the guy at the office told me it's okay. But when the bill is deducted, I was been charge additional $240+ dollars. I've emailed then since but with no reply. Also when they hand me the contract, don't even bother to let me sign. I even vacuum and washed the car before return. Very disappointed.

I collected a car at Fremantle (WA) but could not return it to any other office, such as Kewdale (WA) near Perth airport. This meant I had to get a $65 taxi ride from Fremantle to the airport! Not happy about that. Their excuse was they cannot ferry cars about in "peak period". I could understand if I wanted to return to some remote area like Geraldton; but within Perth? Not good enough. They showed no sense of wanting to provide service.
Will not use Bayswater again and not would I recommend them to anyone.
Very satisfied with the service and car that we rented. Very clean and new Toyota corolla at affordable price. Will definitely rent from Bayswater again.
Disliked it because 1) Tread of one tyre had reached the minimum legal limit, and the other three were alright. This imbalance could lead to an accident in an emergency braking situation. 2) The car front bumper was loose and dangling on one side. No car damage checklist was given. We should have been told about the damage and given the chance to swap the car. 3) The car was not clean. There were mud on the edges on the front doors. The was also a half finished cookie in the seat pocket. 4) The fuel tank was not full. We could get some refund if the car was returned with full fuel tank, but we was not told how many litre we could get back. $1.30 per litre fuel refund was not fair. The market price on that day was higher. They did not want to pay based on the actual fuel receipt. 5) The water tank of the wiper was empty. No way to clean the dirty windscreen while driving on highway. 6) The front counter staffs could have been more helpful.
I lately rented a car from Fremantle branch. The service was friendly and courteous and the Corolla was a pleasure to drive. My only disappointment was when I found out the boot cover wasn't there, which forced me to clear the boot at all times for security reasons. I suggest customers should be asked on delivery and before they drive away if they wanted the boot cover re-installed. Thank you.
