Bayside Medical Centre

The Reception staff were rude, recently, when I had my appointment with Dr Cook.
The Nurse Joelle was equally rude and she had a face of thunder.

The reception staff and nurses at Bayside Medical Centre have always been very approachable, helpful and patient. I have found Dr. Cook to be a very knowledgeable and immensely supportive GP.

Other than a couple of the receptionist's there is absolutely no problem with the doctors at all Dr Price is an absolute legend he is caring and takes the time to listen although he is rushed off his feet he as helped myself and my son more than any other doctor I have ever came across he is an absolute lifesaver and I mean that in every sense of the word much respect to Dr Price fantastic Dr fantastic person

I have been a patient since 2014 and this will be my dying medical centre I love it so much and the doctors actually care about there patients unlike others which are just warming a chair to get a paycheck and doctors will go out of there way to help you

One of the older Scottish lady receptionist was very rude to me on the phone and wasn't helpful in what i wanted in the way of medical issues which was very important to my daughters needs.no appointment was available so i requested a phone consult but even that was a struggle getting information out of her. I refuse to ever go back to that place even though the doctors are good.customer service defiantly needs attention

Waited for 50 mins to be seen for 5 mins.saw all people coming in after me being seen before me.not sure the time management here. Happy with the doctor though

Level of compassion and care shown to my elderly parents yesterday was atrocious the receptionist treated him as if they did this on a regular basis which they have not my father is a gentleman always has been always will be yes they got the time wrong but they have had a few health issues lately but that does not mean they have the right to treat him the way that he has been treated I would like an answer from his doctor once I get a call back after leaving a message yesterday and no response

Claire you have been sent from Heaven, i will miss you when i go east. If there is one Person I wish that I could take with me it would be you, I hope that i can find a doctor in South Aust some where near as good as you are you have helped me through a lot of hard times and rough surgeries this i wish to Thank You from the bottom of my heart. I wish you all the very best for the future.

These doctors will listen to you.in the past I have felt rushed.others will usher you out the door no hellos or goodbyes.but they are very nice people who work here.thankyou

This surgery is fantastic. They've been looking after my dad for years and always try hard to accommodate.

Have an appointment at 2.20 waited 1 hour. Doctor with a single patient for 40 plus mins. Had to leave because well I watched the waiting room get filled and emptied of patients but me. Lack of parking at front is an issue. Staff are friendly but there is poor time management at times. Make sure you try to be early.

Be a good medical centre if only you could get in. The last 3 times I've needed a doctor and once when my husband urgently needed a doctor "Sorry no appointments available" too bad if your dying! Have been using the doctors at this centre for the last nearly 60 years (previously in Rockingham) and that means nothing. Now have to find another doctor/medical centre. (And yes one of the original doctors delivered me nearly 60 years ago!)

I would like to thank Safety Bay Medical team for allowing me to attend their workplace to discuss my counselling practice. I have over the years been a patient of each of the doctors in this clinic and their professional standards are high and yet still you receive genuine care from both the doctors and the rest of the staff. Well done. Again I would like to say thank you for allowing me to take some of your time to listen to me about my practise; Ellen's Support Services and I hope we can work together.
