Wish I could rate these guys higher, Alex & Pav are such great genuine & helpful guys. I don't even live in the area any more but will always make a special trip to them when I need to. They've helped me out so many times & just super honest.
It's such a relief as a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about these kinds of things to have people I can trust 100% & without judgement.
From my new car battery that they checked for me & could've easily pushed me to buy a new one, but reassured me that my battery was perfectly fine after testing it free of charge, to replacing car remote batteries super quickly & easily on the spot and only charged the price of the battery itself.
They also spent ages sourcing the right battery for another remote I had they had to order in for me and knew exactly the new garage remote I needed, much much cheaper than I thought it would be! Then they walked me through how to program the remote to the Garage at home which I successfully managed with their advice.
I wouldn't go to anyone else and highly recommend this store to anyone else in my situation who feels overwhelmed by these tasks. They're so trustworthy and diligent, I've never been to them with an issue they couldn't fix or at least refer me on if needed. Thanks guys you really are lifesavers I hope you know that!

Great experience - emailed the owner for pricing. Fast friendly response, no pressure sales type which is what people really want and are looking for.

They pick the battery in front of you and get it sorted right away.

My sister had a great experience too, she said she went in got the free battery check and they were actually honest and told her she had 6 months to go, so she went back later and got her battery from them when she needed to. Then she told me about them.

The guys at Battery World Balcatta are bloody awesome. Went in needing a new battery for my car, which they had in stock and swapped out the old one in 5 minute. I was also needed a new plug for my camping fridge, not only did they have exactly what I needed that also repaired and soldered the new plug to the cable. These guys go above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Descovered I had a flat battery this morning and phoned Battery World Balcatta around 10.15 am, a battery was delivered and installed and my car running by 11 am fantastic service. Cheers guys.

2 months ago took Mum's watch over to Balcatta Battery World to replace battery. Very good service and they provide discount to Pensioner Concession card. Hence last week when Dad's old watch needed battery replacement, I went back to the same place. Jessy and Andrew are very helpful and accommodate.

Was running around to a few stores to get new car battery, all put me into too hard basket. Spoke with Pav at BW Balcatta store and instantly said battery type, price and free install. 10 mins later drove away.

Amazing friendly and helpful business. My issue with two dodgy car immobilizers was resolved very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to all. Thank you guys for such excellent service.

Phoned up to get a quote on having a car battery delivered and replaced. Spoke with Andrew who was incredibly polite and informative.
