Found fairly rare Fiat 500 battery here. Great helpful guys and friendly service. Replaced battery onsite. Thanks guys!

Rob was fantastic! My car battery died, I was able to be jumped started at work then called the shop on the way to to Battery World arriving at 4.50pm. He was able to fit the new battery and get me and my car up and running in under 5 minutes. Outstanding work and incredible customer service! Thanks again Rob and thanks for saving the day!

Really nice guy who served me.

I tried to buy a battery but test showed battery okay on two separate occasions with their tester.

I continued to have a flat battery every two or three days which was a real pain.

I finally managed to get a booking at an auto electrician and they tested the battery and told me it failed. Swapped it out and good to go.

These guys are nice but wish there testing device was up to scratch as I tried twice to buy a new battery but told “no point, the battery is fine”.

They are certainly honest and not trying to sell products unnecessarily but also not great for the stress of finding the source of the problem.

Always helpful and friendly, my 1st stop for any battery…went into the Osborne Park store to purchase a car battery, they offered to install the battery for me, no extra charge!

After my car battery died and about an hour of being messed around by other auto retailers on the strip trying to sort it out, I arrived at Battery World needing help. Matt had a new, correct battery fitted within 15 minutes at far better value than I'd found anywhere else, and I was able to drive home knowing my car would start again. Could not have asked for better service and I'll be returning for any battery requirements I have in future. Thanks Matt!

Useless. The guy in there is clueless. Literally told me that the voltage doesn’t dictate when a VOLTAGE SENSITIVE RELAY kicks in and out - Hint… the answer is in the name. Long story short he would not accept that my two batteries were still connected when he was testing them. Went elsewhere. The other shop literally lol’d when I told them about this. So yeah don’t go there

Great service, car battery was just out of warranty by a couple of month's. They replaced anyway even though I was happy to pay. Can't argue with that

If you are not sure or need a non standard batteries a must visit place and if no handyman like me take your gadgets with you to very helpful staff.

Took in a small battery for an RC car to be replaced and repacked, was told 2 day turn around. (For a 30 minute job) 3 days later still not done and no curtisy phone call. Went in to see what was happening, was told it wasn't done yet. I politely asked for my battery back as i will just take it elsewhere and they pretty much just threw it in my face with no explanation or even an apology. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place.

Suggest shopping around and doing your own research before buying car batteries from these guys. They don't have enough depth of understanding as well as add too high a margin. Got wrong selection from them twice. Second time battery failed one month past the warranty andthe guys were totally unhelpful. There are much better places to buy car batteries in Perth - as well as getting expert advice and competitive pricing.

I do sympathize with Celine and her bad experience, that doesn't sound good for this store. But my experience was all good, good price on a mobile phone battery and some good helpful advice/knowledge that I added to my own knowledge bank.

Ordered A battery for my laptop 2 months ago
The result = I got in trouble, didn’t get A battery

Even I bring my laptop to make sure the right order
I asked when I can get, she said it will take only 2 weeks
I told I have to move out on Oct, so I must have before
In a month, I didn’t get any news from them
I called, they didn’t know where the battery is, and even if it is on way
They said we will figure out and call you back today

Notice, You will receive no call from them when they say we will call you back. You must call them because they forgot

I called more than 3 times to ask about my battery. They said we will figure out and call you until it pass 1 month and half
Finally they find where my battery is, and I received by post

IT WAS WRONG BATTERY

I don’t even understand how it is possible because I even bring my entire laptop to their shop
But obviously it happened just a week before my moving
I had to take pictures to prove that is wrong one, call them all the time to ask how to send it to them, and make sure how they will pay me back

Fortunately I’ve got my money back, no battery

The battery is not even cheap. It’s three times pricey than somewhere else

I’ve never had any service that is so complicated and stupid

Paid $369 for battery recommend to me
It’s a AGM and lasted 22months
Told it had a 2yr warranty but I haven’t got in writing
I now find out AGM are not suppose to under bonets due to heat
I was given the wrong advise, by a typical salesmen who does not know his products

Wow amazing service! I rang and asked for several batteries and said I'd probably just make it within 10 mins of closing time and when I got there they and it all ready to go and made a friendly joke about I was actually earlier then stated. They were both lovely, this is where I'll be spending my money, where customer service is five stars and not on line.

My useless dealership couldn’t even tell me if they had a replacement battery for m car in stock. Battery World was able to over the phone in a matter of seconds. Popped in soon after with no booking and they changed my battery straight away. And their warranty on the battery was a year longer than my manufacturer.

A no brainer five stars.

Usually hate getting things done for my car as i find people are always just trying to just make a sale. I came in with what my mechanic told me was a flat battery but turned out the negative plug wasn't on properly. They checked my alternator, filled up my battery with water and even fixed the loose plug for nothing. Will be returning here when my battery does stop working:) xx

Another amazing encounter with the guys and girl at Battery World Osborne Park, Just left with a brand new key for my 2003 Subaru STI, thank you so much! Much nicer and cleaner than my old original key that was falling apart:)

I bought bettery on thursday morning (16/11/17). A guy was there who was serving me he was rude and i ask him to change the bettery, told him my car is on front. He open his workshop and came outside to get my car. While he was coming out told him its not gonna start untill we put the new bettery in and he start shaking his head, like he didnt want to work eaarly morning and he broken one of screw where my car sucks air in, there was two scews to open, but i think he didnt know that how to open that and he didnt even told me that, just found out in the evening. WILL BE THERE SOON TO FIX IT.
