Good ol' fashioned service
Daniel rang & left message to advise he was on his way. Came within 38 minutes! Our Mercedes Sprinter sliding door would not open.
Daniel got it opened but also went above the call of duty & investigated why it didn't open. Fixed several things and now the door slides open better than before
What a relief as now we can continue our plans of taking our 2 young Grandies on a road trip down south.

Yail was a gentleman, checked our battery and gave us sound advice. We ended up changing it and using battery wizards. Good price, great service.
Had Hussain from Ultra Roadside Assist come to help jump a battery. Ended up doing a replacement instead as the battery was at 30% health and below 70% is apparently bad.
Hussain was very professional, knew what he was doing and got it done fast and did checks after installing the new battery to make sure everything was working right. The battery cost wasn't exorbitant either. Very pleased with the service

Daniel stopped out of the blue to simply help when the car had cut out in the middle of the road in peak hour traffic, he was on the way to a job, but got me started and able to get home and avoid a tow, Daniel is a legend!
Had a flat battery and Tony from Battery Wizard came within a short period and help figure out what was wrong and replaced the battery on the car. He even went up and beyond with helping us with some car related questions.

After a small hiccup with the car that meant Battery Wizard came to our aid via roadside assistance. We received the most wonderful assistance from Dom. Dom was knowledgeable and approachable. Answering any questions we had with accurate inform information and a kind heart. My partner and I were really thankful to be in such good hands especially on Christmas Eve! We honestly cannot thank Dom enough.
