Love their range of flavours and love their crust, fresh ingredients and overall variety of unique pizzas. Spanish pizza was soooo tasty.

Used to be really exceptional pizzas. I Would order every week. Now I find myself doing so much less, as toppings become fewer, and special instructions aren't followed to any standard.
Was once a moderately healthy option at an affordable value, now there's too much emphasis on being overcooked cheese-bread. Soon I won't be able to justify being a customer other than convenience. New staff don't seem as enthusiastic about providing a quality meal. There was once no competition that could compare to the quality of basso pizza. But lately it seems to be falling behind in many ways.

I like basso pizza, but it is too hard now.previously I was able to just make a phone call, but last time the price was way out from the flyer. Apparently they dont do flyers now and price has changed-they prefer online. Fair enough. Just tried to order online for a pickup. Wont let you order without address even tho i want a pickup. So tried to enter address and it wont accept. I an literally a minute away. Waste of time.

In response to your response, I was using the website you suggested. I am aware the price changed since the printing of the flyer, I am told you dont intend to have new flyers made. The Issues are 1.your employees are advocating using online ordering but it wont accept my address (it wont let you order 2 of the same pizza either) 2. As i said, the phone call/flyer was much easier and faster, and doesn't ask for your address unnecessarily. Without a new flyer it is much harder to check prices and make sure you are being charged correctly.

To be clear, I CANNOT order online thru your website. If it was my small bussiness with the same issue I would address it. Esp.considering the number of pizza shopfronts in Basso I CAN order online from.

Basso pizza did a great job with my daughters 21st birthday pizza being the apple and caramel desert pizza, ordered 8 of them and I stacked them into a cake, (she doesnt like cake), everyone was impressed and could not stop eating it because its so delicious.

Normally good service. But tonight deterred me, I phoned in for pick up, waited in the shop for 25 minutes to be told my order was cancelled. They asked if the order could be made from the time we spoke in store. I declined

Have been great in the past but the pizza is soggy and lacking flavour. Don’t know what happened but not a good one tonight

Awesome local pizza shop. Great opening hours. Two pizza deal is a total win. I don't think there are any bad pizzas on the menu. We haven't really tried their other stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful.

2/3/19 - Base not cooked, though burnt on base and some areas on topping.
Taste - Greasy, raw dough, measley topping. Have been supporting your bussiness for ~ 8 years. Somethings gone wrong?

100% the best pizza place in the area, their large well topped pizzas leave you full for a week.

First went there with an entertainment book voucher. The pizza was so good that we went back again soon. Good old style pizza, unlike the other franchisee style ones. Heavy, rich pizza - the kind of one which you crave for.

Pizza tasted ok. However manager or owner looked filthy.he stunk of cigarette smoke and fingernails were filthy. Lucky he wasn't the one that made my pizza or else I would have asked for my money back.

Good pizza, owner/manager behind the counter should stay out the back. His customer service is terrible. Other staff were lovely though.

Been eating Basso pizza for 3 years now and I must say, I’ve never been disappointed with the staff and what they put out. Tried the Chocolate strawberry pizza tonight and the kids absolutely loved it. Will definitely be trying the Apple Caramel pizza next time we come in.

Change of management since we last visited. Poor customer service now. Brusque to their customers and to their staff now.

But most importantly, pizza quality AND taste has gone down significantly.

Basso's used to be great under the original management. Not any more. We won't be going back.

They've taken a great pizza house and ruined it. Good luck to them.

First time eating at Basso pizza tonight. Really impressed with the pizza quality of both pizzas. Both the base and the ingredients are much fresher and tastier than Dominos and is definitely worth the extra dollar

Ordered the Mediterranean pizza which I had many times in the past. Absolutely disappointed! Not tasty. And only few pieces of Vegas. Poor quality.

Was very disappointed with our pizzas. No taste, over cooked. Pancetta wasn't a nice pancetta. Base & crust was overcooked & very heavy.

Overpriced for what you get. Cheaper budget toppings mostly out of a can or jar. Glad Old Lira is only up the road I guess this place is for the bogans.
