I booked online for a lip, chin & side of face wax. I felt I went 15 rounds in the boxing ring with Bri from the way the wax was removed. Then was charged for a full face because apparently the sides of my face reach my eyebrows. Never again.

I appreciate these services are impacted by the cost if living crisis but aggressive servicing & pricing practices does not encourage return business.

I’m sorry my tan is just non existent, I asked for a medium tan and I feel like I’m the same colour I went in, just very disappointed

I went in for a simple French manicure for a wedding and walked out almost in tears with how hideous the result was. The owner, Marie, gave me the worst manicure I've ever had. My nails were butchered, uneven, and the French tips looked appalling. I ended up going in for a refund and showed her her work, for which she didn't even apologize or offer to fix (not that I wanted her to try anyways).

Somehow, I ended up on her booking schedule for today (I did NOT make this appointment) and received a call from Marie saying she didn't want to serve me.

Marie, rest assured, I will never return to your salon!

I have been a customer of Bassendean Beauty Salon for over a decade and the team never disappoints. Peta is a miracle worker who always has me leaving completely pampered whether it’s a pedicure, waxing or a lovely facial or massage and Marie is always willing to go the extra to give you what you want. I never go anywhere else and would recommend their salon!

I get my facials from here and have never been disappointed. Lovely staff and know their work. I’ve been using this service for years and have always been satisfied.

Had a Pedicure with Sammy this morning and have to say best experience so far. Really enjoyed my foot massage will be booking with Sammy next time for sure

Amazing pedicure completed by a lovely young blonde girl. Despite being interrupted and asked to do a million other things during my treatment by the manager, she still maintained a wonderful level of professionalism and a high standard of customer service. I won’t be back though, as on my last two occasions there I’ve witnessed and experienced a style of communication from the manager that has made me very uncomfortable.

Was just in for the first time and will be back. Lovely relaxing pedicure by Heidi, she was so friendly and now I know what a pedicure should be like.
Nice added touch with a tea and muffin - not often you get an offer of a cake.
Nice little find and will definitely be back.

I have been to a lot of shops in my time every month for 20 years plus this shop is one of the classiest shops and the staff are absolutely beautiful highly recommended they go above and beyond and nothing is any trouble and the best pedicure I have ever had

Fabulous. A wonderful place to just relax unwind and let the girls sorry ladies do there magic.

It would be nice to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome at the door/desk when you enter the salon. This salon is local and convenient for myself. I have always had a great experience with the younger ladies who work here and always leave happy and satisfied. But I think the older lady I think her name is Maree or Maria needs to be more hospitable when answering the phone and welcoming customers. Customers like to feel welcome and comfortable.
